They forced me to pay the amount that was discounted from your website as well. I use those discounts all the time because I order all the time and this was the 1st instance where they forced me to pay extra even though I had already paid

The mashed potatoes were runny and tasted like box potatoes. They were only about 2/3 full too. The banana pudding was partially filled and had no bananas in the pudding. The French fries were soggy. I tossed all of it into the trash. Both the shrimp and the chicken, while edible, were obviously under heat lamps for a long time. We ate them anyway. The delivery service was excellent.

Delivery was well done, the food was good, but there were no dinner rolls.

15 year Chef from Chicago. Have cooked Italian and made beef and lamb Gyos. Up until now have loved this place. Reminded me home. Make my own Italian beef. Sevely disabled level 7. Hurts to cook. Between both items forget it. No garlic, no oregano or sweet basil. Just salt. And what's with a wheat bun?? Come on. Way, way too sweat for a bun. Didn't buy the bun, the beef!! Gyros way too thickly cut. Needs to melt in my mouth. Did a great job, carmilizing the onions but not enough meat, spread out not evenly. So some bites just bread. And stale lettuce, really?? Unbelievable a joke. Tomatoes?? Lots of skin, no tomatoes. Need sweet peppers for the beef also. Not just hot. Love hot, BOTH! IM FROM CHICAGO!! We invented get the picture. Home of the deep dish pizza. Heck with New Yorks? Knowing everybody deserves a second chance, 3 strikes your out!!

Good food that was delivered nicely.

Shrimp was dried up and over cooked. Chicken was not as bad but was not fresh either. Delivery service was excellent.

Delivery was late and odd too. Chicken is dry from being too long under the heat lamps

Drinks were only half full. Not sure if we got crap pour or if driver drank half of them. Very unsettling.

The fries were soggy and food was just like warm and I only live 5 minutes away for delivery. Also only gave us one little sauce each for 6 chicken strips. The pops were filled so full with ice there was barely any soda in it. Chicken tasted good but the rest was very disappointing for the price.

Just all around nasty

I didn't get the food I ordered. The food I did get was absolutely awful. A filet of some kind of fish, mushy, tasteless except for salt, and twice the amount of breading as fish. The only upside was that I was promptly refunded my 26.00.

Fast, Late at night, Fresh, good, hit the spot.... recommended for sure!!!! The double decker burger with bacon, was my favorite!!

The folks at New York Chicken have been great. The food is always tasty and consistent. Keep up the Gre at work!

I was in town for a wedding and my husband and I decided to get food around 11:00am, the delivery driver decided to stroll in at 1:30 with some made up excuse of ?car trouble? the food was inedible and the delivery driver said she would call tomorrow to make things right and it never happened.

I ordered it, was charged for it and the store was closed and locked when I got there. I will be filing fraudulent charge paperwork against this transaction.

The chicken was old and had dried out from being reheated. It was what I would expect in a high school cafeteria.

This was my first time ordering from New York Fried Chicken. Ordering online is quick and easy. My catfish dinner - first time trying catfish - was delicious. I will be back.

Excellent like always. Even came with a gift basket!! NICE!!

It was later than expected, again, but that is due to the way our world is now. I would like more realistic delivery schedules. Some of the chicken was over cooked, like what happens when it sits under a heat lamp too long. The coleslaw was good, as was the mashed potatoes. The dinner rolls were not very fresh, but still good to eat. The shrimp was tasty. The French fries were limp and damp, and not very good at all. The delivery driver was great. Prices are expensive, mostly due to all the other charges tacked on. This keeps me from buying very often from them. I can order better foods, with faster delivery, for less money, which is what I will be doing. Overall, instead of the usual 5 star that I rate them at, I think a 3 star is fair.

Food was not fresh & not made how I wanted.

The delivery driver was extremely rude. When he couldn?t find my apartment, he called me and was yelling at me and my wife. After talking to him when I was forced to come outside and find him, I showed him that instructions specified where to go. He didn?t offer an apology or anything. He just sat there with his loud music blasting outside my apartment. Eatstreet was great but NY fried chickens delivery driver was horrible.

They brought my foods separately. By the time they brought my appetizer, I was done already eating my meal because it took like an hour more before they delivered the complete order. Chickens overcook or might be the cooking oil was over used already...and I requested for extra gravy, instead them giving me extra gravy, they just lessen my mashed potato and filled the cup up with gravy.

When I arrived to pick up my order, they mistakenly gave another customer my order. So I had to wait for everything to be remade.

We order delivery quite often with NYFC. We usually order online, very occasionally we call in our delivery order. When we do call whether we have questions or want to add something to our order or change something they are also very nice & accommodating. The delivery drivers are awesome!!! They are very nice as well, friendly & on time.
