I forgot one sauce on my burrito was a kind I dont like much but daughter loved it

Arrived very soggy

It was cold and lacked flavor.

Nacho was incredibly soggy

I didn't receive my order of over $100. They sent it to the wrong address. In fact I was informed it was delivered to the address that they were given and I found out that the address they delivered to didn't even exist! Was the driver lying or was this just a standard lie used by your company to cover up a mistake?

The order was extremely late. Like over 45 minutes. Once it did get here the driver never rang our doorbell so it sat outside in the snow and got cold. We never even ate it. You gave me a &4 credit because of the lateness on a $76 check. I will not be using your service again.

Chicken burrito a little bland, and soggy.

Our driver was absolutely delightful! Best experience we have ever had. Super nice guy! The food outstanding too!

Delivery person did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell. Didn't know that the food had been delivered and it sat outside for about 20-30 minutes. Thankfully it was cold here in Wisconsin and the food didn't spoil. You have to tell your delivery people to knock or ring the bell.

For some reason my skirt steak in my carne asada dinner tasted like coconut. I do not like coconut.

Delicious and delivery was wonderful.

All the food was inedibly salty and greasy unfortunately.

Food was ok but one of the items was ice cold like it had been sitting there a while when arriving and the other half was warm.

Why do you have to put pico on everything I HATE tomatoes you need an area for special requests so I can omit them from my meal!

They don't have an area on their order form where you can add special requests, etc.

Ice cold and no flavor

There's no place in on their menu for special requests when preparing your order. We had to scrape off stuff we didn't want. YUK!!

Received 5 beef tacos when we had ordered 3 plus two chicken. No guacamole with order despite asking for it.

We frequently order from solea, but this was just an awful experience all around. My daughters drink was missing, salsa was spilled in our chips and salsa bag, the bean dip was spicy and not the same we?ve always gotten, my tacos had sauce on them and hard shells, which I?ve never experienced before. There was sour cream when I asked for none. By the time we got our food, well after the given time, it was cold and gross.

I was missing items

Food was not hot and the appetizer was all smooshed together so ya didn?t know what was what. When we dine in at solea we love it. Carry out, not so much. Eat Street was great. The restaurant failed.

Our favorite Mexican restaurant has always been Solea! I usually get their sampler entree, that way I get alittle bit of all my favorites and have left overs for another meal,

Missing items from my order . I ordered a sampler and got soggy chicken nachos. Food was soggy and greasy.

Forgot part of my order and wasn't fully refunded again.

They never read the special instructions . I was not happy

Order was cancelled immediately after placement because restaurant "could not be contacted" to verify receipt of order.

The food is always good, large portion sizes. One of my favorites. The delivery itself took an hour and a half, every thing was soggy and room temperature. I dont put blame on the restaurant or even the driver, I believe they were just short staffed. :(

Our food was tipped in the plastic bag and the sauces were spilling out. Also did not get everything we ordered. Frustrated.

Entrees were bland and seemed like everything was steamed. Basically flavorless. Chips were heavily over salted. Dissatisfied. Would not return.
