Food was cold

Took an hour and a half to get the food then when the food said delivered there was nothing there.

Delivery driver was nice and did a good job. The food was made wrong and not what I ordered

Food was so so...dry hard..overdone

Our food was over an hour late, they messed up our food, forgot 1 drink.

I order wings with sauce on the side. Sauces weren't labeled, and the chicken was cold, dry and chewy. I also chose carrots and celery. That wasn't in my order. The potato wedges were also supposed to have sour cream and stuff and there wasn't any of that either. It was a waste of $20+ order.

Food tasted great. Quality ingredients. Prepared timely. Accurate order.

Didn't arrive. Didn't get a refund.

An hour late and very cold food

I?m sure it would have been MUCH better if it wasn?t COLD!! It was not the restaurant?s fault, but the delivery. Received it one hour AFTER it was made!

My sandwich was wrong. I asked for Swiss cheese, received none. Asked for the slaw and aioli on the side, no slaw at all and the aioli was on the sandwich. The order on the receipt was correct as ordered but the food once received was NOT.

I specifically wrote in special instructions that I just wanted the 3 sauces that I chose . Ended up getting 2/3 sauces . No ranch . But got celery

Forgot my ranch

The food we received was good. It was warm and tasted good like it always does. Unfortunately we were missing one of the items in our order and neither EatStreet or Buffalo Wild Wings would help us. We couldn't get our missing item or get a partial refund. The person I talked to at Buffalo Wild Wings was unhelpful and didn't seem to care. EatStreet was even less helpful.

Food was ice cold and took almost 2 hours

By the time my food arrived almost 2 hours, it was cold and missing items.

From time our food left the restaurant it too 53 minutes to deliver. Food was cold. Who wants to eat reheated wraps and fries???? Requested a refund and was told no. I was offered $5 coupon on an order over $40.

Cold food and very late delivery.

The wings were cold and barely had any sauce on them. Very disappointed.

I paid extra for additional sauces and side items. All of which were missing. In addition, one part of the order was missing the sauce and side it was supposed to come with.

They always forget the ranch.

Food tasted fine. Arrived cold though and they forgot both of my drinks, celery and carrots, and extra sauces.

Sent me the wrong food

Eatstreet was fine. Delivered on time. Buffalo wild wings forgot half my order. When we called BWW about it I was not happy with the service. The girl working that evening was rude, and didn't apologize. She didn't offer a solution and hung up on me without saying anything. We came in to get the order and the same girl was there. She was again super rude, and ignored us. Worst experience with BWW. I don't usually complain but the whole experience with that employee was frustrating enough for me to say something.

We ordered 4 boxes of 6 wings. Two of the boxes only had 5 wings. We also ordered 8 ranch?s and only received 4.

I received someone else's order. Big fail.

Buffalo wild wing did not give us all our ranch sides. The Buffalo rub they use just taste like salt. It was confusing when placing a order for this place.

Waited well over an hour for food that never arrived. After calls to both the restaurant and Eat Street I was able to cancel the order.

I never got my order!! Who got it?? No me!!

The most disgusting burger ever, inedible. Felt bad giving it to the pup.

Ran out of traditional changed it to boneless and still got charged for the traditional that?s sas
