The food is pretty good...when you get it! This is not the first time I have ordered , paid and gone to pick up at appointed time only to find the restaurant closed and dark....at 9:45pm with closing hours posted as being 10:00pm on EatStreet website and 10:30pm on Saturdays at restaurant location. The most frustrating fried rice i have ever not enjoyed not enjoying. Remedy and refund by way of support bot only served to render this momentary annoyance larger and longer than it ought to be.
Truly the second worst & most expensive Chinese Food I've ever had! I expected sooo much more in San Francisco. I threw out the $10 "fried" rice, which was not fried. Disgusting choice of veggies to put in rice, eggplant n zucchini, really? Green onion pie/pancake was barely edible n only 4 skimpy pieces. Only thing that tasted good was Cashew chicken, but not many cashews. I give it a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10.
Super fast service/delivery! The food was also delicious and will definitely return when back in town.
