Order wasn't ready for pick up & I had to wait 30mins & didn't have time to eat before going back into work. I had to throw away food because it sat out 3 hrs before I could eat it. I won't be using this app again or ordering from Hollywood pizza again!
The pizza was all right but not what I expected not to my taste

The pizza was great. The misunderstanding about the final price was unfortunate.
They don?t deliver which makes this online website fraud.
The pizza was good, but the basil wasn't fresh. When I arrived, the cashier said that I owed an additional $5- (for reasons that don't make sense, but I was hungry) which I almost paid in cash, but I received an email saying my card would be charged the $5-. I almost paid $10 extra!
They did not take responsibility for charging me for the food, but having the system down. I was supposed to take care of it on my own. Google maps said it was no contact delivery only, but apparently they did pick up only. They are not organized at all. When I called and asked if my order was on the way, they asked my number. I told them and they said that the food was ready, but it was pick up only. I decided to go and I am told that their internet system is down and that my order did not go through.
I love their pizza and it has always been ready when I arrive.
Cancelled my order after 20min of waitin for to be delivered
