Buffalo Wild Wings - Vista Way

The food NEVER arrived. I ordered 2 times and both times the deliver never happened. First, the person never dropped it off at the house. I contacted customer service and they refunded me the money. I ordered again at 5:45 pm and at 8:25 pm a driver finally dropped off ONLY the ranch dressing and carrots. They took the 30 wings. Crazy. I reported to customer service and provided a photo and NOTHING happened to help me. I've emailed more photos asking for a refund and no reply and no progress. Total fraud and scam and I won't be dropping this. I have a claim in process with the credit card company. I left BWW a 1 star review and I will go out of my way to make this a problem for Eat Street until it's made right.
