The food was fabulous I love tamales and your tamales are the bomb.. I also ordered an enchilada with rice and that was also very very good

The food was good for the most part (we didn't care for the spinach stuffed jalapenos)...but when the eatstreet app told us our order was ready, we went over to pick it up only to have the store tell us it wouldn't be ready for another 10 minutes. Still, it was pretty tasty, and portion sizes were good.

We waited an hour and then EatStreet called to say that the driver backed out so we have to go pick up our own food.

Placed the order at 4:30 to pick up at 5. Arrived at 5 and the order was still laying on the printer. The order clearly said 4:33, no apologies, just blamed the problem on the order "just" arriving. No patrons in the restaurant, someone else came in also and his order wasn't ready either. I support this business, but this should be addressed. Last time my order was messed up I was able to order, my card was charged, arrived at the restaurant to find it closed. I did finally get a refund from eatstreet, but it was 5 days later

The food was very very good but cold. The problem was that my husband had to make two trips to get it The first time he was told told they had nothing with the order number he showed them. My daughter called, and she was told the food had been ready for a long time! Back to the restaurant he went, and the food was waiting in the kitchen. My husband didn't know my daughter also ordered three three slashes, but we didn't get those on either trip.! We warmed the food which was flavorful and authentic tasting, but having to do that took something away from the dining experience. Of course the grandkids were wanting their slashes, but we were not about to make three trips! This transaction took money and time. Sadly, we didn't receive a single "W?'re sorry" for your inconvenience!
