Excellent barbecue and fix-ins ?you won?t be disappointed !

I ordered 90 minutes ahead. I wanted 1/2 fried chicken. When they were putting my order together, they had no dark meat ready. It sicked but I didn't have time to wait for more to cook. I will not be back to old time bbq.

Food was excellent, as always. Very friendly staff who works very hard. Always an enjoyable experience!

Great down East style chopped BQ

This place is a Raleigh staple. Excellent service and delicious bbq.

Love their chicken. Fried and BBQ. Have ordered from there many times and will continue to do so. Also, personal preference: The mild bbq sauce makes a great dipping sauce for the fried chicken.

Great food. Loved the BBQ and the chicken. The onion rings are amazing as well. And it's the kind of southern Cole slaw I grew up on. Everything I've had has been good.

Fries were old and hush puppies were not crisp

Ordered our food online and got an email confirmation that it would be ready around 4:20. Showed up to the restaurant and the order had not been started, and it seemed like they couldn't remember what we ordered. Paid $1 extra for grilled BBQ chicken on one meal and instead got 2 orders of fried (by the time we realized the mistake we were already gone). Their pulled pork has absolutely NO flavor whatsoever. They didn't even bother to send us with some BBQ sauce to help cover it up, they did think to send us with a bunch of ketchup, but it literally just tastes like cooked pork. Definitely won't be returning.

Always wonderful food. This was my first carry out experience at Old Time BBQ. The only negative aspect was missing out on the great hospitality and ambiance.

I've been really sick so we've placed several orders from Ole Time BBQ. The food and service has been amazing each time. The portions are great, the large bbq plate is two meals for me. I really wish I had know about this place years ago!

Love the food, and the people that work here are always so friendly and fast. I?ve honestly haven?t had one thing bad at Ole Time BBQ.

Grits wasn't hot and fresh.....cold and sticky like glue

Food was good as always. I think the menu system is confusing for ordering the Pound of BBQ. I thought I selected the one with Cole Slaw and another side is included? and then I ordered an extra $3.99 side and an order of Hush Puppies. Didn't get the Cole Slaw but got charged $22 w/tax. Should have dug deeper in the bag before I left...sigh.

Order was correct, on time and delicious as always! They even offered us a choice of sauce to take with us. Will be back soon!!

This place is so good we technically have "office meetings" here once a week for lunch. The food is ridiculously delicious. And you must have a desert when you leave. That is a must.

The chicken was like butter the best I?ve had. But the portion of sides were so small they didn?t fill half the container. It was only 2 bites. Felt like a sample. The chicken portions were great. Hush puppies hard

This is my favorite southern BBQ place! The hush puppies and the chopped pork with their sauce are awesome!

If you haven?t eaten here yet you need to be slapped? Oh my God!!! No matter what you eat it is freakin good!! My office makes it a must to eat here I mean have a meeting here every week..

Nasty, disgustingly rude girl on register. She slammed my change on the counter so hard it fell on the floor. Food order wrong and tasted terrible due to worker with nasty attitude. I am never going back as there are too many other places to get good barbecue.

Food was so good I didn?t think the girls were gonna stop eating ... lol The hush puppies are some of the best I?ve ever had. Hands down, this is a great place to enjoy a hearty meal :-)
