Food was cold and incorrect

Pizza is always good, this order however had missing toppings - lacked sausage and mushrooms that my pizza should have had.

One of the garlic sauces spilled inside the pizza box. Otherwise the food was delicious.

Jalepeno popper pizza was amazing

I?m pretty fair, even tempered. But I ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks at 6:45 ish, waited until 8, got no door bell, no text, notification, nothing. Thought it took a while, so I went outside my apartment and walked around the entire building and saw my boxes stacked at the wrong door. Checked the details and it said it was delivered at 7:15, shit was cold. Contacted eat street, they apologized and refunded it so thank you to eat street for that. Delivery was bogus though.

Pizza was cold by the time I got to us.

We ordered a meat topping pizza, but received a cheese pizza.

Toppers put the wrong pizza in my box then when I called them about it they refused to drive out the correct one.

Great pizza! Ordered the Mac and cheese pizza. It arrived hot and perfectly done.

Order was messed up called asked if they could fix it. They told me yes but I had to call my eat street driver so I tried to figure it out, couldn?t not figure it out called and asked if they knew. The person on the phone had no clue, I asked if one of there drivers could run out my fixed order and the told me ?No, were pretty busy are self ?

Food was incredibly greasy!!! Order that was supposed to take 30-40 minutes ended up taking two hours for mediocre and slimy food. Not impressed

The pizza was cold by the time I got it. The order showed out for delivery at 11:51 and it didn?t come till 12:30. Disappointing

Forgot my drink and ranch

I asked for light sauce and it seemed like it was extra sauce. Other than that everything was delicious!

Our monkey bread was raw, they made up for it though by giving us a 50% off next purchase. But now today my girlfriend is sick, kind of a bummer because now I'm not sure if I even want to use the coupon and risk it lol.

Toppers forgot the frosting for our desert. Normally The toppers sticks have cheese nearly from end to end. About half of them had cheese on 2/3 of the stick leaving the last 1/3 to be just cooked crust. Not what I normally expect from toppers.

Very good pizza and delivery, but they forgot most of my dipping sauces.

Toppers gave Eatstreet the wrong order and I had to wait for a fresh order to be made. In total I had to wait 75 minutes for food when it originally should have been 40.
