Firehouse Subs - Oshkosh

We ordered a turkey sub. The eatstreet employee called and asked if it was supposed to be turkey or chicken. I told them turkey. We got ham haha

Meatball sub dry.. needed more marinara sauce. Medium sandwich was small and WAY OVERPRICED Wont be ordering from here.. no bang for the buck

First time I've eaten from here and this is the best sub I've ever had, hands down! The bread is absolutely amazing, the food is very flavorful and everything was made exactly as I wanted. Thank you! I will definitely be a return customer.

Sandwich was delicious

My order was canceled and I was never informed so I was waiting for over an hour for food that was never coming.

I ordered 2 Cokes, received Diet Coke instead. I can drink Diet Coke; I am allergic to the artificial sweetener in it. Had to toss them. Italian Grilled Chicken Salad had about 5 small pieces of chicken in it, why bother calling it a chicken salad.

Sure not firehouse issue but food was delayed in progress took an hour to get a sub chips and brownie. Food was cold and bread soggy. Not a good experience

We specifically asked for no bread. We got a large meatball sub with bread not a bowl. They put our double meat in a bowl but it didn?t have extra cheese on it like we asked for either. We won?t be using EatStreet with Firehouse subs anymore. How can you return the food? You can?t.

I wish hot sandwich was t surrounded with cold sodas in bag for delivery?..happens all the time??not drivers problem

First time having Firehouse. Food was very good!! Soup was overpriced as well as Mac n cheese but was still delicious.

Was informed when I ordered this yesterday that it was canceled. Now I'm getting emails asking how my meal was?!

The soups and sandwiches were good. Delivery was fast and smooth, and order correct.

Not sure if it was the store or the EatStreet driver but my food never arrived at my house. App said it was delivered but no food. Even walked to my neighbors and asked and nobody saw a food delivery driver at all. Poor service not even a phone call or text to let someone know what?s going on.

I ordered hot and cold. Two bags: hot and cold in each bad??really. Hot sandwich placed on top of 3 cold sodas. You can?t teach common sense. But geez. Recommend usually gear not do much today.

Have had subs from there before. In my opinion the subs have lost there quality.

The food was prepared just as ordered, and was very tasty.

Took over an hour and a half to get my food delivered and by the time it was delivered it was ice cold and soggy. Also left food on stepped and didn?t even knock to let me know was there even after I put do not leave on pouch

I ordered the salad for the first time. Fatastic but there was less than half dressing in the container. It's a big salad and more dressing is needed.
