Food was completely wrong, items were missing. We order from here maybe once a month or so. Very disappointing.

Everything was disgusting. The boneless was all breading. Food was ice cold and had congealed due to sitting. I paid full price for this!?

The restaurant told the delovery gal that the order was lost and it took 45min longer to get the original order. The delivery gal, texted me to apologize multiple times, I sent a screenshot of the order to her to make it easier. They wouldn't give her any updates on the order and after it was dropped off, the pop (2 bottles) were never included.

Food came cold and the soda expired in August.

Fries were stale and old and they didn?t give enough sauce for the wings only one small dip container for 40 wings is not enougj

Overcooked and hard and the wedges were so salty you couldn't eat them

Very disappointed. I wanted shredded chicken in my wrap and got breaded chicken with no sauce. Fried pickle appetizer was supposed to come with a zesty ranch, there was none. The chickens nachos had hardly any toppings. Nachos were really good but hardly any toppings. Considering this meal cost us over $100, we expected a correct order.

Never got the order. Driver said it was delivered but no proof of delivery.

I ordered garlic Parmesan wings at 11:36 (roughly) and the order went through around 12:00. When the food arrived, it was cold and had had no sauce on any wings. Never using eat street again.

Delivery took nearly an hour and a half. My food was burnt and I was given 0 dipping sauce even though I ordered and PAID for two extra. Eatstreet was not helpful at all when contacted.

We placed our order at 1:48pm and didn't receive our food till 3pm. The driver told us that when she arrived to pick up the food that the restaurant didn't even know that there was an order to make. I'm very disappointed.

Well, it said 45-55 minutes for delivery. It was over 2 hours. Everything we got was ice cold. This was my last order I will do with eatstreet

The sandwich was tiny and cold, the onion rings and nachos were also freezing cold. We paid extra for guacamole and got the tiniest scoop ever. Not worth it and don?t plan on going back to bdubs again.

Good extremely cold and old

My wings and mot sticks were completely cold by the time they got to me. My dipping sauce for my mot sticks was opening into the mot stick box and all over the food. Then I ordered two ranch dipping sauces to go with my boneless wings and neither of then were in my order.

Bogo did not get my second set of wings and was missing a ranch with my order

We couldn?t order traditional wings for some reason and food was cold when it got here. I know it normally loses some heat but these were cold, not even warmed

My wings were nice and hot but the chili add on to my tator tots was lack luster. Looked like a spoon full only

Food was very poor quality. 2 outta 3 of my items were made wrong.

The food was good but got the wrong soda and the flavor they ended up giving me was my least favorite soda.

Unfortunately it was another bad experience . Our kids love the boneless wings but our order was missing food and drinks yet again. I have always let it go in the past trying to be understanding of staffing, pandemic, etc., but I?m over it. Their process for filling to go orders is flat out broken. We never get the extra sauce, ranch, blue cheese etc and we?ve yet to get the drinks that are supposed to come with the kids meals. I think this was the last straw. We?re done with any kind of take out Oder at Buffalo Wild Wings.

Every time i do an online order from BWWs the order is incomplete.

The boneless wings were dry inside, and they were tough. We ended up throwing them away.

Burgers a little under cooked fries were cold

Food was cold when it arrived had to reheat the wings the cheese fries were a solid blob.

I ordered the sampler platter and it was not good at all. It was cold, stale nachos with no chicken, barely anything else on nachos, no ranch dressing and soggy onion rings. The food was just very poor quality and looked like it was thrown together with no care whatsoever. I threw most of it out of disgust. I ordered this same thing a few months ago and it was fantastic that I was able to have it for 3 meals. This time it was so bad. I will never again order from buffalo Wild Wings. It is unfortunate, workers throw it together without thinking about who is paying their paycheck basically.

Ok, boxes were soggy and wet. Food was warm but had been in the car for a bit. Took a long time to get to us.

Love them as always but someone must have misread and didn?t notice the amount of French fries were with the order and I was missing one. But it?s ok mistakes happen
