I was very pleased to come back to Nick & Joes. I use to order a lot when I worked in Elkton. I actually started out going there when it's was just Nick's. I enjoyed their food always. LOVE the pizza. Wasn't fond of the Tuna Sub I ordered. Very bitter taste. Won't order again. Now that I have refound them I will be ordering again.

I asked for the pizza to be well-done and for a side of marinara sauce, which didn't happen

When placing the order I must have hit the wrong button for the type of stromboli I wanted. I didn't realize until after I picked it up and went to serve it to my family. Called the restaurant and let them know. I was told they made what we ordered what did I want them to do about it. I told them I made a mistake and asked if they would replace it and was spoken to very rudely. They said it wasn't their fault I made a mistake and that they would not replace it. Also when I went into pickup the order they wanted my card to charge me for the order. I told them I had paid online already and they said they hate online ordering and that it was very confusing on wether or not customers paid. Overall very bad customer service. Due to this I will not order food from them ever again.
