If I could give zero stars for my experience I most certainly would. I placed my order online at 5:54 pm and get an estimated delivery range of 6:40 and 6:55. No big deal, waiting 45 minutes or so is standard for most deliveries. I called the restaurant at 7:10 asking where my food was as it was already 15 minutes past the end of the range and I just wanted to make sure that the food at least left already. I was told by an employee that it should be there 15 no later than 20 minutes. Then, 7:40 rolls around with no food in sight which is 15 minutes later than the new window. I call again and was told by a different employee that the food should arrive in 3 minutes. The food finally arrived at 7:59, officially over 2 hours after I ordered it and 64 minutes later than I was told it was going to be delivered. So not only was the food incredibly late, but everything that should have been hot was ice cold. This was the first and absolutely last time I will ever get food from this establishment and I will make sure all of my family and friends of New Haven know how these people operate.
