Panico's Brick Oven Pizza

The order was completely wrong! Never will order via Eatstreet again! Instead of getting eggplant parmesan hero, I got eggplant parmesan with penne pasta. Not what I ordered.

I left a message with Panico regarding their wings which were very distasteful. They really should not be served.

Food was cold and over cooked.

Delivery took 1 hour and 30 minutes and the receipt was ripped so it wouldn't show the prices for some reason. Food was decent.

Late and overcharged when arrived. Never will use again.

Great pizza

I asked for pizza to be cook with crust soft and it was extremely well done. The wings were so well done - basically burned had to throw them away. The cost of this with tip was over 40 dollars...I am not happy.

Eatstreet price is very different than your prices.

The salad was not as great as I expected bc they usually have great food. The garden salad had just arugula and romaine lettuce. Thought it would be a spring mix. Also delivery person didn?t read my instructions.

When we arrived the staff hadn?t even started the order. They rushed it and the pizza was undercooked.

Nice packaging of food. Additional container was add to ensure no leakage of sauce. The food was delicious.

Pizza was clearly rushed after I called that the pizza still hadn?t arrived after 1.5 hours. Took another 1.5 hours to arrive and was slightly burnt.

Eggplant parm sandwich is always really good. Good bread and sauce!

Was given a pickup time. I waited over hour and half. Only reason I waited was I had paid. Pizza was too ? bready? probably not done as they were very busy. Yes this is Corona pick up service, but don?t offer pick up if you can?t really provide the service. I know Panicos food and service is typically better than this. Don?t order delivery, I saw pizzas waiting for delivery person sit there as long as I was there.

I have now ordered food and a pizza 3 times. Each time the food is ready when I arrive and the pizza hasn?t even been put in the oven. So I sit there for 15 minutes while the pizza cooks and the food gets cold. Add to that, they say ?oh just one more minute? as if I can?t see them just putting the pie into the oven. Terrible service

It was the worse pizza we ever ordered, it was so greasy and the crust was paper thin, not good at all.....

The ETA for the delivery continued to bounce from abt 8:40-9:05. The food arrived with no warmness. Being raised in Newark, I'm very familiar with an Italian hot dog. I know also that there are some equally delicious versions out there. This was not one of them. Mine had about 3-5 French fries, a huge slice of a green pepper, and a few fried onions on a I guess hoagie roll. The cheese steak made on the same type of bread, was just ok., Also. The entire order was ho hum!

I had lasagna it was horrible dry inside with watery sauce excuse my language but I had diarrhea after eating a few spoons because I threw the rest away but have your own opinion

Delivery took 90 minutes and my selected toppings were not added so I was charged extra for nothing. Pizza was pretty decent tho

Garlic knots were burnt. Too much buffalo sauce on the pizza. The separate slices of pizza ordered were cold. Had to go back a second time to collect a pie of pizza that was paid for and not given. Called back to tell the person in charge the garlic knots were burnt, and he responded ?okay?. Was not apologetic or accommodating at all. Simply rude.

The food was good but I didn?t get options for my sandwiches. I?m a little dissertation about that.

The pizza crust was delicious and so was the pizza. Lots of wonderful flavors. They deliver really quick too!
