Young girl at the register was not very friendly but the pizza with sausage was one of the best I?ve had in a long while. The wings were had very thick. Reading that was too soft/ soggy. I ordered the Buffalo and the BBQ. BBQ flavor was much better

I went to my front door to get the pizza and it was cold when I opened the box in my kitchen. Very disappointed.

Order was fine, but I had asked for Italian dressing for my salad, and added a honey mustard so I could use it for my fries. I got instead two honey mustards, so while my fries were happy, I had to go out and buy dressing for my salad which is sad.

First moved to Edison one year ago. La Rosa was my go to take out/pizza place. Over the past few months I've had issues dealing with Eat Street (which you have to use to order from) and the restaurant. This evening, I ordered a pizza. From order to delivery it took over an hour. Opened the pizza box...ICE COLD AND SOGGY. Called the restaurant and the guy said that his delivery guy was busy and they had somebody call out. Not my problem and if that's the case call me. Said he would give me a credit next time. "Oh I'll remember you who you are..." Didn't believe it. Chatted with Eat Street support and Eat Street offered me a 5.00 coupon but since La Rosa uses their own drivers that's all he could offer but would contact the restaurant. Contacts them and now all of a sudden the story changes. He said the guy will now offer me a 10 percent discount. No credit. A 10 percent discount. If he gave me 10 percent off my order tonight it would amount to maybe 2 dollars. Keep your ten percent. Francesco's is better anyway. Stay away from this place. There are other Italian food restaurants better than this one anyway.

My order came by the time promised, the delivery person was friendly, and the food was delicious! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

The food tasted fine. The eat street driver completely messed up my pizza. What makes it worse is that they had less than a mile to drive to my house. When La Rosa had their own driver it was never an issue.

I ordered a baked ziti Sicilian which is supposed to come with egg plant. I got a plain baked ziti and was charged the price of the original item I ordered.

Food was good, but I reported my bad experience with the service to eat street already. This is what I said, and eat street did a great job with their response: Very poor delivery service. The delivery guy called me and asked where I was, so I described my house and he said, "Oh, I'm across the street," and I was like okay... and then he asked again where I was even though he clearly understood where the house was and said a bunch of times again, "I'm across the street".... I'm getting delivery for a reason, I don't want to leave my house. And it was raining. And I have a broken toe. No I'm not going to cross the busy street to your car when you have the capability to turn your car around. Then my food was all crushed. My mozz sticks were drenched in the marinara sauce and sauce was everywhere. Their delivery service is overall very poor - they take forever and a couple of times it has taken up to 90 minutes and when I call they are very rude to me. My pizza came cold one time because it took so long and they didn't offer any kind of incentive. I've let it go because the food is fantastic and delivery is free but I'm done now. Not ordering from there anymore.

Delivery took almost two hours for a plain medium pizza. Pizza arrived cold and hard.

I got the penne vodka with the pink sauce and it tastes really good! I like a bit of spiciness in my food so I added some crushed red peppers, but even without it, the penne vodka tastes amazing! I would definitely recommend it! I was very surprised..
