Fratelli Pizza Cafe

Food is excellent....but they have yet to get an order right. We are new to the area and have tried ordering over the phone and online through eatstreet. Both times the order was missing half of the toppings. Maybe the best choice is to go there and order in person, but the inconvenience of that is insane. We will keep trying, hoping they get better. My real issue is the fact that apparently the online menu isn't the actual menu. I ordered a stromboli, listed online as containing pepperoni, sausage, onions, peppers, and mushrooms. I added broccoli. What I recieved was a stromboli filled with cheese and broccoli...that's it. When i called, i spoke with this very brusque man who claimed their stromboli comes with onions and peppers. Where were those in my order? He spent more time complaining to me how the online menu is wrong and he keeps trying to fix it, but they won't, than actually trying to apologize. In fact, he never apologized. Not once. I wasn't looking for any compensation. I wanted to be helpful and let them know that clients expect one thing and receive something else. While it's delicious, it's still unacceptable given what was promised. All I wanted was an apology. What I got was excuses.
