We order online and when we went to pick it up they gave us the wrong order.

Rice wasn't fresh

chicken was very dry and old tasting. sushi was inedable

I placed my order for Cozy Room just after 4 o'clock and set the delivery time for 5:15. By 5:40 I called Cozy Room asking why my order was so late. By the time my food was an hour late I asked the restaurant for a refund, to which the employees refused and then hung up on me. My food finally arrived 2 HOURS late at 7:15 after I had been on the phone with the delivery driver multiple times because he was too incompetent to follow a gps. I will NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone EVER! I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer service. Never ordering from this shit restaurant again

We had to wait 2 hours until the food finally arrived, driver did not want to give us the food first when we refused to tip. Got steamed instead of fried dumplings, never gonna order there again.

The food was cold when it got here and the quality of food was just terrible. I ended up throwing up the dumplings and just completely tossing the rice. The only edible thing were the crab rangoons.

Took forever. Not using this app again.

Delivery takes quite long for small order. Even with dinner special, no egg roll comes with order. Food itself is very unimpressive; will not order again.

Waited over an hour for stale and hard sushi the size of a penny. The "salad" was laughable since it was just lettuce. I couldn't even eat my sushi by the time it arrived because it was so stale.
