The bacon cheddar crazy bread was extremely doughy

Everything was great! Food was nice and hot, delivery was on time and just how we ordered it!!!

Best pizza in Mt Pleasant!

Order was never delivered, no communication from the restaurant. I had to go pick it up. Food was cold. Staff was extremely rude and provided false information regarding a refund request.

The food was good after it was brought to me. But after an hour and a half I called the store and they said your driver said my address came through incorrectly. Even though everywhere you look it was correct. This makes me think your driver kept my food.

Order not ready and they made me pay again after I paid online when I ordered.

The quality is hit n miss lately. Things are tough, so I get that things aren't always perfect. I appreciate the fact someone is out there making me food.

I paid on line through eat Street . Then when I got to Cottage Inn they said I hadn't paid so they made me pay again before they would give me my pizza. I paid again went home and ate my pizza then looked up my receipt in my email. Had to go back to the store show them my email to get my money back. They did give me my money back but it was such a hassle.

I didn't think the pizza was cooked enough.

Never again! We ordered at 5:59 for delivery. Called Cottage Inn at 7:15, told pizza was on the way. Called again at 7:45...almost TWO HOURS LATER, was told that they never checked the email from Eat Street and missed the order. Poor family waited almost 2 hours for dinner. Never ever again.

The store lost my order and would refund me since the didn't find my order. Ended up making me fresh good an hour passed the original pick up time. Guy at the counter said it was my fault for ordering off of the cottage inn website since the website sucks he said.

I've so far never had a complaint about cottage inn until this time. And not the most unappreciative comment. The pizza was kinda plain tasting and usually is exploding with flavor. I'm not even upset. Just wanted to point out what may have been a simple step missed if it were. Aside from this. The delivery was very quick and the driver friendly and courteous. I appreciate all you have done for myself and friends to date. Always a good choice in my mind.

Ordered deep dish and got thin doughy crust. Had a 8:00 pick up time for there few minutes before 8 and it was and for long who knows it was not steaming. More like warm

It took almost an hour and a half for the pizza to be delivered. The time wasn?t an issue, I understand it was a busy night. However my pizza and breadsticks were ice cold. They had to be warmed in the oven and were then over cooked. It was a very disappointing meal, and a waste of $30.

Wilted lettuce pizza was not good
