The best pizza!! And their pasta is very good, too!

Food was great as usual, but the pizza was tipped again with all the cheese on one side.

The food is delicious, but the pizza arrived with all the cheese slid to one side. Need to keep the pizza flat for delivery

Whenever I'm craving good, simple spaghetti and AMAZING Italian sausage, this is my go-to place!

The steak sandwiches were amazing. However, the fish fry was extremely underwhelming and not worth the price. The driver also was muttering under her breath when I picked up the phone, which, I dont really care but it was incredibly unprofessional.

We got our meatball and garlic bread but the raviolis to go with it were missing

Our order took over 2 hours to deliver. We were not provided any update so my wife called just after 1 hour and the woman was unprofessional and really only said ?it?s on the way?. After another half hour with no pizza she called again, spoke with a manager who was pretty rude and condescending. He also assured it was coming. From that point it took the amount of time to arrive as originally estimated on the app. Our biggest issue was poor communication about the delay, not the delay itself. If they cannot take orders or are understaffed, they should not accept orders through your service.

Pizza and Cheesy Garlic Bread was terrific

Even though the order had a mix up and the order took almost 50 minutes longer than it should have the food was excellent. I really thought the restaurant should of given us a discount for waiting so long for our food.

Not as good as it usually is. The pizza wasn't cut cleanly so it was difficult to separate the pieces plus it must have slid during delivery. One side of the cheese and toppings slid off onto the cardboard

Came late, not hot, food was not exceptional. Maybe we will try pizza instead next time.

The food was excellent when we finally received it. There was some mixup in their receiving my order. It took 3 hours and two phone calls before the food arrived

Never got it. Ordered at 6:30pm with delivery by 7:30. Called at 8 said will be out for delivery in a few minutes. Called back at 8:50. Order was still not out for delivery... Canceled the order and I got hung up on by a guy. Horrible service

Great but concerned because I have using this site for months. Last night even though you had all my info, all my previous credits were not showing up. Do they expired.

Food is good and always consistent .... delivery is always an issue! Usually missing something from my order! Getting annoying

The pizza and garlic bread was edible but not as good as I had heard it was. A little disappointed. The delivery was fast and it arrived with the toppings almost where they belonged. One side was scrunched against the edge of the box and toppings had slid as well.

Great food. Came quicker than they said. Will order again many times and recommend to friends. Love the food and service.

Normally the food is fabulous. But my pizza was well over done. It was dry. When I've ordered during the week it's been fine so maybe weekend crowds cause the quality to drop. I'm hoping it was a one-time event

The salad was wilted and the core was in it.

Food was ok. The wings were boneless and not that good. The food took over two hours to be delivered. I called after an hour and ten minutes and they had not started it. They said they got busy and on line orders are last in the queue.

Saraphino's is an amazing place, as we order from them often - we just happen to order when they were much busier on a Thursday compared to their norm.
