Rosati's Pizza - Fox Point

Unfortunately we were disappointed in our pizza. It was a soggy thin crust. Though it had good flavor the crust really ruined it.

Food was cold when arrived. Delivery was late by 20 minutes.

I don?t know - I never got my order.

We have typically really enjoyed Rosati?s as one of our go to pizza places for delivery. However, the last two experiences have been disappointing. Last time, our pizza arrived cold (although at least on time). This time the estimate at time of order was 45-60 minutes and it arrived after more than95 minutes and was lukewarm at best.

Excellent exceed expectations

Salad was excellent. Pizza crust was severely under cooked. Doughy in the middle.

Thank you for constructing our deep crust pizza to our specifications. The quality of the crust and its components was superb on freshness and taste.

Good-sized, tasty portions, but a tad on the salty side.

The food was fine but it could have been warmer.

Rosatis was lovely as always. The gentlemen who work there are always polite and helpful. But EatStreet needs to update their website to properly reflect menu items and offers that are offered by the restaurant. EatStreet using a meal offer that wasn?t available resulted in my order being incorrect. Called the manager who was apologetic and kind, and stated that he?s been having this same issue with EatStreet multiple times.

I was rather disappointed in the experience , upon arrival my food was not ready and was told that they did not start the order because much of what I ordered was not on the menu any longer. The restaurant did not contact me in advance of receiving the order that was the case, but rather waited for me to show up. When determining what my options were they said I would have to request a refund through the ordering service, I was not interested in that as from my perspective this needed to be resolved by them at this point (40 minutes from time of order) , we eventually negotiated to equivalent items off the menu as I was already there, to which their menu showed that all but the dessert item was still on the menu. They said it would be another 40 minutes. I returned 40 minutes later, the order I received, while certainly fresh was not correct to what we had agreed to. Overall, I was extremely disappointed considering I have ordered from here a number of times without issue or incident over the last several months.

For some reason the order was sent to my parents house. I double checked, thinking I messed up. Nope, correct address. Yet, it somehow went to my folks. Dad are the damn pizza, I had to get Papa Murphy's. Which was pretty good.

Pizza was NOT hot (barely warm), tasteless, crust andwas not crisp

The crust needed to be cooked more was mushy.

The delivery was over 30 minutes late. And the pizza was incredibly cold.

I waited Two hours for my Pizza. Because someone goofed my order. Never will use again ??????

Good pizza, little greasy and gave me the wrong salad

The pizza is good, not great but definitely the best pizza in the area. The guys are always friendly when I pick my food up. The thin crust is too thin for me, I always get the New York style cut into squares. The fried chicken is also decent but that?s all I?ve tried so far. I will definitely be going back, it?s my new favorite pizza place as it?s close to my house.

Never made my order

Ordered from here many times. Always great food! Pizza and calzones are excellent. This time the food arrived 20 minutes later than the estimated delivery window, and we had to re-heat the pizza in the oven as it was barely warm. This is the first time it wasn't perfect. We will definitely order again, assuming this was just an off night.
