Didn't get any of the sides I ordered and when I called they said they couldn't do anything because the sides were free.

Very good

Never revived my food

Food was cold , demand refund took 3hrs to get delivered

It said it was delivery and then the order said it was only pickup

The forgot to give the driver my burgers so I had to call them so they can make them again then I had to go pick it up when I had my food delivered and then when I finally get my food it?s wrong again at that point I just gave up and said I won?t go to that particular BBW anymore that?s the second time they messed up my order

The boneless wings were SO SMALL. Like popcorn chicken sized. I also have paid for carrots in addition to my order of wings on may last 3 orders and they never come. So that's frustrating. Recently our orders from BWW have been super inconsistent and disappointing.. Sometimes there's barely any sauce, sometimes the wings vary in size to the point where its not even when splitting between two people. BWW is my husband and I's GO TO order in and we'll be rethinking this decision moving forward.
