A&W - Manitowoc Harbor Town Ln

My order was missing an item. I had to reorder it and pay the additional delivery fee, handling fee and tip. My $6 hamburger ended up costing me triple. In addition, the initial estimate was 20-30 minutes. After about 15 minutes suddenly the app was ?calculating ?

Cold and 20 minutes late

Food was great. Order was correct. Gries get a little soggy on delivery. Maybe need to be cooked a little longer. Onion Rings were awesome.

Overpriced Not hot enough

We received the wrong order! A&W brought us the right food after I called them!

I was sending food to my niece who had fallen on the ice and broken her arm but we live in two separate towns. And David Delivered her a warm meal. he carried it out perfectly??!

The order was canceled. It was never confirmed by A&W.

We had 2 burgers. One was prepared incorrectly. We asked for crispy onion rings which were done perfectly but the french fries were soggy. All food was cold and our delivery was 3 minutes up the road. Very disappointing for the price

Didn't get my order right.

The food was fine but the delivery person didn't ring the doorbell and our food just sat outside till it said delivered but by then it was pretty cold.

Driver not wearing a mask and put food on the hinge side of the door in the rain rather than the handle side of the door

I had the single papa burger, onion rings, and a large strawberry malt. Everything was very good, especially the malt which I highly recommend.

Forgot the large fry with our order.

I had ordered cheese fries i got the fries but not the cheese also the fries were not crispy and look old amd depressing but how ever the cheese burger and cheese curds were grand

Excellent food. Fast service
