Food was mediocre, store was nasty, didn't get the fries we ordered with our sandwich. Fried oreos and funnel cake bites were good. Not worth money. Won't be going back.
They didn?t put by burger in the bag for the eat street guy to take and the Fat Jersey only had the meat on it.
Never arrived, contacted Eatstreet 3 times and they assured me it was already with the delivery driver and would be there soon. Finally asked for a refund. They refused. They told me since a driver had already picked it up, it would have to be authorized by the restaurant. Called Fat Shack, apparently the order never went through and I was not going to be charged for it. Late last night it was "accepted" and apparently "delivered" this morning because now I am fighting charges on my card for this meal I never got.
Pretty good - my first time to order from them. I was really pleasantly surprised that the food was still hot when I received it, despite the driver getting stuck in the. Highway 24 East traffic construction mess.
Completely the wrong order! We tried to get it fixed and the driver ignored us.
They forgot items, the delivery was late and the food was cold .

I have ordered from Fat Shack about 10 times now, and it's always excellent!
App said my order was confirmed but never actually came. EatStreet issued a refund and a $3 coupon. Whoopdeedoo
Portions were small, not much flavor

The food was cold, and I mean cold. I had ordered fried pickles, and they completely forgot the ranch. The Eat Street driver just left it at the hotel front desk instead of bringing it to my room, even though those instructions were specified. Overall, a terrible experience. It also took over an hour, which is ridiculous. This is my second horrible eat street experience. Probably will not use them again.
Burger was good, but the fries were soggy... No utensils with the delivery.

Food is always good. Just missed a drink in the order. Second time this has happened.
Food was bad
I got the wrong sandwich. I ordered a sandwich with buffalo chicken and got one with honey mustard.
Fries were to salty and the funnel cake bites tasted funny and hard to chew
REALLY good wings!! I bought a larger order think I?d save half for lunch the next day... didn?t work out... ate them all!! SO tasty!
There was no cheese cake filling inside the fried cheesecake balls and has happen three times to me in the past
My food wasn't delivered
I didn?t get my food! So I don?t know !
The order was delayed and it ended up taking 55 minutes to receive the food.
My friend got the appetizer plate with onion rings and all the other appetizers. He said most of it was cold by the time we got it and they forgot the drink. The deep fried Twinkie's were alright, I didn?t like biting into 3 lbs of powered sugar in a bite.

It is nothing against eat street. Fat shack screwed me with the ?platter?. $15 dollars for a plate that a 3 year old could finish

Asked for fries instead of onion rings and they took out my mozzarella sticks and kept the onion rings

poor quality of cookmanship.... lazy chefs putting a simple hamburger together........it was so messy and very hard to eat, soggy, luke warm, and just not appealing at all....... they use frozen"burger" patties as well. some one get Gordon Ramsey down there and train them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We were missing part of our order
Took a while but everything was warm and tasty. Left at my door with notification for contactless delivery.
My food would have been good if it was delivered even warm but no it was cold and the delivery area was only ten blocks away from the restaurant so therefore it should not have been that cold

The driver tied the bag, making all the steam get trapped in the bag and made my sandwich too soggy to hold. Also I ordered chocolate chip cookies and I received some other aweful dessert item I couldn't even eat In short I only was able to eat 30% of my order
Didn't get my fried oreos, called fatshack and tried to call eatstreet but couldn't find a number. Would love a refund on those!
Didn?t get my food
Single burger was great. I requested the bun in a separate container so it didn't get soggy. Worked great. Burger was warm, but I put it in skillet for a bit anyway. Then put on the fresh bun. Fabulous.
My sandwich was soggy by the time I got it. I couldn?t finish it.
I spent 30.00 on lunch and the burger didn't have what I asked to have on it. And the Mac n cheese boots didn't come with the doing sauce. Very disappointed.
The food itself was pretty delicious. But y?all didn?t send ANY of the sauces that are advertised to come with the food that I ordered. You get a 10/10 on the fried Oreos. Well done.
I highly recommend fat shack whether you're having it delivered, dining in, or picking it up to go. It's rare to find fried food that isn't heavy and covered in grease, everything I've ordered from their menu has been DELICIOUS. The staff is super friendly, professional, and helpful. It's perfect for hangover food, late night paper writing, or binging Netflix at home on a Saturday. The only negative I could say is that eat street charged me 3$ in fees even though they offer free delivery so you'd be better off to go pick it up yourself which I had to do anyway since the driver forgot my drink.
The sweet heat bbq sauce was not tasty on my generously sized boneless wings. I couldn?t eat them. The funnel cake bites were delicious but really deserve a hot fudge or strawberry dip.
