The cheese enchiladas and sweet corn dip were delicious. Very authentic

Unfortunately, the dish I ordered was hard to bring "hot" so the food wasn't so great. It also took much longer than estimated. I'd go to the restaurant to eat but not order delivery again.

Missing chips, so a small scoop of guacamole cost $8. Portions are much smaller than in-person, too. Enchiladas were missing the chicken.

Food was great and arrived very quickly. I have ordered from here twice now, the first time being almost a year ago and the second time yesterday. Great food both times :)

Fast and incredibly delicious. Kids loved the street tacos and told us they could eat twice as many next time. We will be back. Thank you!

I love chiles rellenos and this one was great! The enchiladas were perfect.

Food was good but some came in cardboard cartons that were soaked and falling apart by the time the food was delivered. Food was pretty cold also.

Great food as always, but our Queso Vaquero Blanco came without the chips.

The food was great, as it always is from Senor Machetes. It was the delivery and service that was horrible.

Terrible. Thought I was getting fajitas but I got a big greasy tortilla with nothing but cheese tomatoes and meat in it. They call it a machete. I wouldn't call it food.

Se?or Machetes is one of my favorite downtown Madison restaurants! Just as good delivered home during the winter as it is on the street during the Madison Streatery this past summer!

Everything arrived cold. The queso was a solid block and the rinds were soggy and stale. It took an hour and a half instead of the estimated 25-30min. EatStreet is not helping you out by batching orders and having drivers come only after they have so many. Maybe don?t send out things that will get totally soggy till the driver arrives or get close.

Don't let the dumb, gringo-sounding name fool you. This place is one of the best Mexican-American restaurants in Madison

Fantastic food! I didn't know what a machete was before discovering this restaurant -- so delicious! I also got a shrimp appetizer that was beautifully cooked.

Food was sub par, less then flavorful burrito - small for price - and they forgot some of my order in my to-go.

Ridiculously overpriced. Paid 1.50 for a tiny scoop of guacamole. Could make similar or better food at home for cheaper. It?s just 3 tacos.

Gave us 2 incorrect entrees. Got the appetizer right. Food was ok but not what we ordered.

We had fajitas. Very good!! Next time i will ask them to spice them up a bit. Will definitely order again
