The food is always amazing. The driver was so nice.

Very good. Driver warned me of a delay in delivery, and I was very appreciative. It also ended up not being that much of a delay anyway.

We decided we didn't much care for bbq pizza (in general) but the pizza was exactly what was ordered and the salad and poppers were tasty.

Northshore is the BEST.

This is the closest you can get to New York pizza. Dennis, the owner, is an awesome guy. The delivery driver, Kevin, was so fast and super cool.

North Shore is hands down the best pizza in the Madison area. I?ve never had anything on their menu that wasn?t excellent. The prices and portions are reasonable for their pizzas and one of their small sandwiches is substantial in my opinion. The service is good, timely, and friendly. This is the only pizza place I go to now.

Food was and is Always Awesome. Eat Street not so much. No call or text upon dropping our order off. Finally went downstairs and our order had been sitting there long enough to be lukewarm. Very unhappy.

This order was disappointing as have been the last couple. Pizza crust has been burnt... gone way beyond crispy. It's actually black! The chicken wings also were burnt & very dry. Again, this has also happened with the last couple of orders. I must say that we have ordered from this place numerous times since it opened and had always thought the food was excellent. The first time our order was less than tasty, we thought it was just a fluke like maybe they were rushing to get our order out before closing . But the quality has continued to be poor in the last two orders since that previous "bad" one. We will give this restaurant another chance but, it might have fallen off our "go to" list. Sorry to say that because we prefer supporting local eateries rather than the large chains

Wasn?t the best. Got cheeseburgers and the meat was watery and on sub buns wasn?t expecting that should have a disclaimer. The meat didn?t look cooked all the way either.. Mozzarella sticks weren?t any better.

I ordered the meat lover's pizza, chicken wings, and curly fries. The pizza was fairly middle-of-the-road, not bad, but definitely won't go out of my way to order again. The fries were a little undercooked such that they were somehow chewy like bubblegum, though to their boon they were nicely seasoned. However the surprising star of the meal was the wings. They were much larger than what most places serve, while being perfectly cooked and juicy, but being so large, they could benefit from larger sauce cups.

Food was excellent! The pizza was very tasty, and the fries came hot and crispy!

We've ordered from North Shore many times (since they opened) and have had high praise for the food. That said, what was delivered last night was NOT up to the usual quality. The pizza crust was burnt... bottom as well as top. And not just a "little browner than usual.". It was black & definitely left a burnt taste in your mouth. The wings were slightly burnt & very dry. (Note: their wings are usually cooked perfectly & very juicy.). Disappointed in last night's food to say the least & hope it was an unfortunate exception. Will order again to see if the next order(s) will make it back to awesome as before.

Nothing against Northshore. Eatstreet delivered our pizza to the wrong address. You apparently can't talk to anyone from eatstreet. By the time we figured out that it was at the neighbors it had been outside in 20 degree Temps for a half hour. If I wanted frozen pizza I would have bought one at Metro.

We never got our order!

This was the 3rd time we've ordered from North Shore in the last 2 months. The food was really good each and every time. From appetizers to pizza to subs to wings, you can't go wrong! Glad they opened on Madison's east side. We prefer to order from small locally owned businesses and will definitely be ordering again... soon!

The roast beef sandwich came freezing cold with unmelted cheese. The meat was gray, pink, and fatty. Yuck! The lamb gyro is clearly frozen meat and came soggy and the pita was cold. :(

Best pizza I?ve had since my last visit to the East Coast. There are other good pizzas in the Madison area, but nothing as good as this.

The steak sandwich was huge and tasted great!
