Jambalaya Chimichanga The south meets the southwest! A giant flour tortilla packed full of our chicken and sausage jambalaya and deep fried to a perfect crisp. This monstrosity is plated on our home-made adobo sauce and topped with sour cream. Add some seafood to make it to die for!
Seafood Quesadilla Shrimp and/or crawfish pressed between a flour tortilla with pico de gallo, black bean salsa and grilled to a nice crisp. Served with house red beans and rice.

Remoulade, cocktail, tarter, mayo, cajun mayo or chipotle ranch. Pick more than one, for an additional charge. And, all po?boys and such are served with either house made fries or raw veggie sticks. You can also opt to upgrade your choice to sweet potato fries, side salad, side caesar or a cup of any favorites item.
