Nitty Gritty - Sun Prairie

I ordered my Gritty burger with extra sauce, which I was charged $1 for, and it arrived with absolutely no sauce. A Gritty burger with no sauce - how dreadful. Then I paid $6 to upgrade my side to cheese curds. I received one giant curd (literally the size of a chicken tender) and about six small curds - totally not worth it.

The quality of the food was consistent with previous orders. Unfortunately, the food wasn't as hot as we've enjoyed in previous orders.

I didn't get my Ceasars salad, and the driver just left it at my door and left. WTF happened to ringing the doorbell and handing the food to the person. The driver already has the tip so why bother trying

Order was incorrect. First, an item was missing. Got home and realized both burgers were incorrect also.

Ordered a grilled Buffalo chicken sandwich and the chicken was tiny; extremely overpriced for what I got.

Missing items

It?s the last time I?ll order there. My last order was incorrect but I ignored it trying to support local restaurants. My Cobb salad was missing key ingredients (avocado) and the chicken had a weird crunchy skim on it and dark flesh on half of it like it?s was bad. Needless to say, I thre the salad out. The Mac n cheese seemed to be straight out of a Velveeta box. Sorry, none of it was restaurant quality and worth the price in my opinion.

Onion ring were very soggy. I did not eat them but paid 9$ for them. The wings were subpar definitely not deserving of the ?king wing? award.

After spending almost $100, waiting for a very long time with no updates whatsoever, our food arrived very cold.

Packaging was awesome. Food was hot and the fries and curds were crispy.

I went outside of my normal routine of salads or burgers and ordered the turkey, bacon, avacado sandwich. It was wonderful! Also, the pub chips were very crisp (sometimes the delivery in styrofoam causes side dishes to lose crispiness) so they were great as well!

Super dope! Unlike some of the other local burger joints, our food was amazing. Fries were crispy and our burgers had soft buns that weren't soggy and squishy. Definitely the best spot in town for burger delivery

Food was fantastic! When an item was missing from the order a manager called us back and had it brought over almost immediately. Great service and excellent food!

My order was messed up. I was missing items. Had to drive back to pick up missing items. Left got home realized that had the wrong thing again. Nitty did comp us though so 5 stars for customer service.

$10 for 18 cheese curds, yikes! (Yes, I counted)

They forgot the salad dressing.

Everything was great except my order was super late getting out, which meant the other order I had placed was cold by the time I got all the food and got home.

Didn?t forget my sauces! Arrived and cooked In awesome timing.

I did not eat the food that was delivered and ended up calling the restaurant to place a second order that I went and picked up myself because the EatStreet app offered no way to A) remove the Gritty sauce from my burger and B) did not offer fries (I?ve gotten non-seasoned fries countless times in the restaurant and since there was no such option on EatStreet I assumed the pub chips must be what they call non-seasoned fries). EatStreet should provide the same menu that?s available to restaurant patrons who order takeout directly from the restaurant. Also, I did not get the add-on I requested (malt vinegar, which I?ve had many times at the actual restaurant) and received neither an explanation or apology for the omission.

These burgers are amazing!!!
