Great!

Thanks for the pic of where it was left in the hospital, early too. Good sandwich too.

Was told the cookie was hard as a rock.

There was a slice of bad cheese in my sandwich. Smelled like mold.

Delivered the wrong sandwich. Ordered a chicken bacon club and was delivered a ham and cheese.

Could've been better. Delivery was quick but they forgot to add hot peppers to both sub sandwiches. Bread wasn't as fresh as it should've been, too.

They gave me the wrong bread :( I had asked for wheat and got white. Other than that it was fine.

Food was okay. They never ring the doorbell/follow the instructions/ notify me that the food is delivered.

Deliver took 1 hour, 45 minutes and there was a piece of hard plastic in my sandwich when I bit down.

Milo's was great! Food never delivered from first order. Eat Street customer support was worthless. They actually took delivery service fee, even though Milios has there own driver service... what am I paying then for ? Store management replaced the order, with super quick delivery

Food was fine but we were missing a drink and chips

I wish tracking were available for this restaurant. I always panic when it's late and I can't tell if it's not coming or maybe it's already been delivered and is sitting outside our apartment building getting cold and/or stolen.

Order was wrong

Order was very very late without any updates. Restaurant was unreachable by phone. Terrible service would not order from again.

Sandwich was excellent, delivery was on time! The pickle was a little soggy though.

Took 3 hours for my food to get here. People at the store were very unhelpful when I called. Told me my food was at my door and it was not. Asked what I wanted them to do about it....I wanted my freaking food thats what I want!

One sandwich was completely wrong. Wheat bread instead of baguette. BBLT came with bacon and mayo, no lettuce and tomato.

Food is good but delivery could be a little quicker.

My first sandwich was sadly stolen/taken from the main entryway (in part because the delivery driver just left it there, disregarding my instructions to bring it up to my apt door and leave it there like every other driver does), but Milio's was quick to deliver a replacement sandwich and the driver made sure to stick around so I actually had a chance to get it. They gave me a free cookie too <3

Great-tasting sandwiches that were delivered on time!

Our meal - 8 sandwiches - came 55 minutes later than the window provided on the website (30-45 mins). It appeared that our order, which is just 15 mins (tips!) from my location, was out for delivery for 45 mins+. We ordered to feed a crew of people who helped us move and it was very inconvenient. Will not be ordering delivery if it is so unreliable - would rather go pick up myself or order elsewhere.

i had to walk five blocks to get my food because roads were closed. it was a waste of the delivery fee.
