Waited an hour for a 35 min estimate delivery, just to get an email stating they canceled my order and weren't doing delivery... got a 3$ coupon though, too bad I was still starving. First world problems

It took an hour an 10 minutes to get my sandwich 4 blocks. Estimated time was 35-60. I didn?t have time to eat it, cause it took so long!

Good food. This particular location struggles to meet the estimated delivery time, badly.

I ordered a veggie delite sub that came to me with spinach as the only vegetable.

Excellent customer service when Eat Street failed!

Great food! Love that I can get the sandwich as a lettuce wrap - the lettuce is always so fresh. Not sure why I have the option for special instructions for the delivery person, though. They didn't follow them.

Forgot my extra peppers, not right when you charge for it.
