Laredo's - East

Food is fast, fresh, delicious, and portion sizes are generous. The farmers quesadilla is absolutely fantastic and my personal favorite.

The chicken on the salad was not great, but the shredded chicken in the BBQ burrito was very good! From now on I will make sure to get shredded chicken only. I also really enjoyed the chips with beans and queso.

Food was great. It was delivered hot and ready to eat.

I love Laredo's food

The food would have been fine if only the delivery person had followed instructions. I am handicapped and unable to deal with stairs, and always request for the other to be brought INSIDE the front porch, but the delivery person left it outside. By the time I was able to get someone to come over to my house to bring the food up the stairs, it was 30 minutes after the delivery, and the salad I ordered was completely cooked vegetable due to it being so hot outside. The instructions were printed right on the receipt stapled to the bag, but the delivery person just ignored it. Contacted EatStreet, and their response was to give me a $3 off coup9? for the next order. Really dissatisfied.

This place rules, pretty sure most troubles expressed in the negative reviews have to do with delivery complications. I get takeout and it's always great.

So bland; the cheese was cold, and no sour cream.

Food was great as always. Delivery driver did not deliver food to door as I specified, which is the only reason I would use EatStreet. Failed again. The delivery driver had the audacity to thank me for the tip after just dumping this food. My back is out and I can barely walk. Thanks again EatStreet.

The food was good, but they didn't include the tortillas, which is very annoying. They have regularly forgotten to include them.

Our food arrived hot and on time. The rice was great and the flautas were delicious. There were many condiments included. Hubby had the fish tacos and said they were great and had plenty of fish .

Food was cold. There is nothing worse than cold f****** food. Thank you laredos. I would like a refund because my dog would not even eat this s***I don't know how many times I have to get back to you on my disdain for your service, but I will give it a few more tries. Your customer service in conjunction with your customers sucks. Look up my service record of how much I have ordered food. I am sick of this b******* service when I spend a lot of money on my orders and generous tips

We do not live far from Laredo?s and while food arrived quickly it was cold and required reheating

Average Mexican food. A bigger variety of entrees, but really no better than a typical cheap taco joint in Chicago. Not to say it?s not pretty good ? it was a reasonably satisfying meal. It?s just unremarkable and too pricey for what it is.

Food was good. Very small container of guacamole and cheese dip for the price.

Hi, I copied my order from my confirmation email from Laredo's. When my order arrived, the tamale was made with beef and the burrito that was supposed to have beans, cheese and veggies only had veggies. When we contacted the restaurant they told us to figure it out with you guys. We are vegetarians and had to throw away the entire combination entree. For an almost $40 meal this is unacceptable and terrible customer service. Thanks.
