Firehouse Subs - Mineral Point Road

Food from Firehouse was very good, as always. Delivery person did not ring our bell as requested, and food had started to cool by the time I checked the stoop in front of the door.

You forgot the Engineer sandwich!!!!!!

I don't think it was the restaurant's fault but I never got me order.

Was delivered very late and very cold.

The food was good, but they almost always get something wrong. I always ask for no lettuce on one of my sandwiches and it often comes with lettuce. I always click on "no pickle" and most of the times they send pickles. These complaints might seem minor, but do they look at the order? No complaints about EatStreet.

I didn't get my drink and was charged for it. They also complained I was ordering a canned drinik. Their menu listed it that way. I should not b e blamed for their own errors and their failure to fix it.

Order was incomplete - chips were missing.

Forgot an item food

I'm giving 2 stars because we did get 2 subs that we ordered, and they were tasty. Delivery was also fast, so no issues there. The order was wrong. I double-checked to make sure everything was correct on the app before submitting the order, yet there were multiple errors when it was delivered: 1. An additional sandwich with bacon (neither me nor my husband eat bacon, so it went to waste and we were charged for it) 2. We ordered chips but did not receive any 3. We ordered 1 chocolate chip cookie and 1 lemon cookie - we received 2 chocolate chip

Our EatStreet driver/delivery person was incredible. She even texted me while waiting for the order to tell me they restaurant was running behind.

Only 3 of 7 sandwiches arrived and arrived very late. Then took more time after multiple calls to get the others brought. I have emailed you guys 2 times with no response... Did I get a refund>? A discount? Anything? Or is this acceptable? Karl

They said it would be delivered in 40-50 minutes and I had to call after almost 2 hours, as my food had still not been prepared.

Well let me say I like fire house subs but when it comes to eatstreet and fire house it SUCKS!!! I was hoping to have a sub for lunch but when I put my order in it was processing for over an hour then found out that Firehouse Subs never ordered a driver or processed my order. Now I get to wait 5 days for a refund talk about BS!

Ordered a meal for me and my son. His meal had all the issues. Details of the request - regular BBQ chips - no cheese on the meatballs - cherry sprite (use the magic machine to add cherry) - kids meatball sub 2 of those things were a fail: - the sandwich was covered in cheese (but it sat on the porch, and cooled a bit, it came off easily) - the chips were baked (and since he is losing teeth, that extra hardness was not ideal BUT they did get the soda correct, which had I been a betting man, would have guessed been the one that was missed... it did show up early, so that was good for us... but I can see how showing up too early can be as much as a problem for some families as showing up late... was it perfect? no. was it acceptable? certainly.

Kind of sloppy to eat

I had 2 subs on my order. The store mixed up the bread type and put the pickle spear with the wrong sub. It tasted fine, but I was just disappointed because I hate wheat bread. Also, the chicken dumpling soup only had one dumpling. That's just not right. I am giving 5 stars because the driver came quickly and dropped the food off at the correct spot. I know that the quality of the food is not their fault, but I'm hoping this gets seen by the sub shop.

Didn't get all that I ordered.

The Brisket sub is excellent, as is the steak. They offer an extra large size for when you are super hungry or want to make 2 meals out of a sandwich.

2 of 2. times they got our order wrong. First veggie sub had roast beef on it. 2nd time sub was missing tomatoes we had requested.

Old bread. Tasted bad. I?ve had the hero sub multiple times and this was the worst. The loaded soup gets a star and that?s it.
