Firehouse Subs - Emil St

I got the wrong sub. Wasn't able to eat it because it had mushrooms all over it.

Delivery took more than 30 minutes from the time of leaving restaurant. It was cold and contained ingredients I didn't order.

It took 45 minutes to make two sandwiches.

Items were forgotten which were ordered and paid for - 3 bags of chips

Most of our order never arrived and I ended up spending nearly 2 hours dealing with it when I was at work

Terrible. Order was entirely incorrect. Soggy with bbq sauce and un edible. Also. Waited in the lobby for 30 minutes because they said the order was complete on the app, but they hadn?t even started it. I was given a credit, but I?d like a full refund on my card (including tip and service fees). Unacceptable.

Food was great!!

Said the order was ready. When I arrived they didn?t know about it. Had to wait 15 minutes for it.

Sandwiches were good and made with correct substitutions but we were missing three things from our order- one of which was not a big deal but the others we paid for and being pregnant... I was not super pleased

Love the bread in the sandwich and my tuna was absolutely fabulous? My husband and his friend had Italian subs that looked amazing!

Food tasted great. Did not receive our chips & drinks. Not sure if thats a problem with the restaurant or the driver.

Food was made way too early. I said for 11 am. They made it at 10:20, was cold when I arrived to pick up the hot sub.

Did not provide the chips that I paid for. The bread was soggy and the sandwich was cold. Disgusting.

EatStreet made a mistake not the restaurant and took our order when they were not open. Not at all the restaurants fault

The food we got was fine, although it took 75 minutes for 10 subs. We did not get the three bags of chips we paid for.

The driver was rude and he took forever to bring my food by time my food got to me it was cold and my bread was soggy. The driver made is own policy saying due to Covid-19 he can?t leave my food at my door where there is zero contact but wanted me to walk out to his car and grab my food with 100% contact that was extremely weird to me and I expressed that to him and let him know other drivers have dropped My food off and left it at my Apartment door with the no contact policy and than he got up set and just left my food in front of my complex building where anyone could take it and my food was almost falling out of the bag. I always order from eat street and it?s unfortunate his behavior made me want to take a break from EatStreet.

Took 2.5 hours to get my lunch. It was COLD. It was tasty.

firehouse subs are always good. it was the 40 mins that my food spent in a car being delivered. i am 2 miles from the food location. driver called being lost after 30 mins. my hot sub was cold when it got here.

Someone else's order was delivered to us - it was under a different name. Eat Street told us it was issue with Firehouse and they wouldn't help. We didn't even get an eat street number to call, the delivery person told us that and that it wasn't his fault, we had to call Firehouse. We called Firehouse 3 times and nobody ever picked up. We drove to Firehouse, where they remade our order. We got back to the house where we found out they messed up 2 of the 3 orders. It was an ordeal.

I waited two hours for my simple meatball sub order

Ordered two large sodas, got a medium and a bottle instead

Good but none of our sandwiches came with pickles

They forgot our chips.

Please read the special instructions on the orders carefully and adhere to them. I could not enjoy my sub given that you failed to do so.

I didn't receive it as expected. I ordered with a group of co-workers and I was the pick up. By the time it was 15 minutes after pickup stated it was ready, I had to leave to ensure my co-workers were given a somewhat warm meal...Around 1245 I was given food because one of my co-workers went back to get a Brownie they had forgotten in her order...But contested what I even ordered with her which delayed the delivery of that second attempt to make it right. Awful experience with this company and I'm a regular.

The food was great. I?m not sure if the delivery driver works for you or not, but he was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I ordered a lime aid as my drink and got a coke instead. My daughters kids meal didn't have the fire hat or her dessert. It was quite disappointing.
