Chang Jiang - West on Gammon

The food was delicious and I will be back.

This is the best Chang Jiang in Madison.

Food was okay at best. Crab rangoons were not fully cooked. We've had better experiences with this restaurant in the past, but never anything great. Unless I hear about improvements we will likely not go for this again.

Delivered on time. shrimp and vegtables was delicious. Perfectly cooked to tender crisp.

No rice or gravy to go with the egg foo young.

The food is always good but I asked for certain things to be left out and they included them anyway (green peppers mushrooms) hate?em.

Everything was great except the crab Rangoon didn?t seem to be fresh. Some of the inside was a little dried up and not creamy like it should be.

Terrible, inedible food. How does a Chinese restaurant mess up everything... even the white rice? Why?!
