My food was cold and took over an hour

someone forgot all the sauces - for the wings, for the onion rings. no celery or carrots.

Ridiculously smaller portion of chicken tenders for a price that didn?t go down. Wrong side order. Wrong soda. Didn?t supply side sauces I purchased.

The food made us ill: the burger was too greasy and the potato wedges with bacon were truly disgusting. I suppose it's lucky we didn't get our complete order.

Ordered onion rings with my food only to get soggy fries and the food was lukewarm at best.

3 times the tracking said 6-9 minutes and 3 times it reset to 20 minutes. The third time it came 5 minutes later. So my order took longer than it should have,

Had to go back, they messed up the order.

Food was very late. Track food link was missing so I didn't even know if it was still coming. Fries were hard as a rock, all of the food was cold.

It was super good. I like it

I got the wrong food. I ordered a wrap and got a sandwich.

I was missing about a 1/3 of my order, but what I did get was good

The app never updated the driver?s location. It never showed up like usual when the driver was in route.

Cold, soggy and order was wrong... Delivery time kept recalculating longer and longer

The food was cold upon arrival.

Unfortunately we got the wrong order, but not like someone else?s? the ticket attached to the bag indicated that the entire order was ours but had just been rung in wrong. Items were missing, and the items that did come were not correct.

Like a lot of the other reviews, half my food was missing.

Never arrived. Order automatically cancelled. Pretty disappointed.

Eat street could not confirm order. 30 minutes into the wait. I received an email it my order was cancelled.

They left out half of the order. This is the second time.

The fries and sides were not delivered with our order. Only the wings were delivered and they were cold, dry, and shaken up. The meal was ordered for a graduation celebration and it had to be thrown out and we went elsewhere.

Great food and great service

Food was barely warm. Had clearly been sitting at the restaurant for a while before being picked up.

I have ordered from here about three or four times and each time something is wrong. I?ve had food missing, the wrong sauce, and this last order, they gave me the wrong kind of wings. Whenever I order fried pickles, they never remember the southwest sauce.

Missing items, again. I love the wing sauce, but I am done with this place. The quality has gone downhill, the cost has gone up and for some reason, they can never get a to go order right

Got my order wrong

My chicken was rubbery and I found some cartilage or bones in the tenders.

Whoever made the wrap either put ranch in with the medium sauce or not enough medium sauce. It?s usually so on point & delicious but not this time, fries didn?t seem fresh like normal either. Not the end of the world, I?ll order again.

Food was great highly recommend the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. free d

Paid extra for tots, got fries. 1 of the kids meals had 7 boneless wings, the other had 4. Pretty lazy expo.

Chipotle phillysteak was toooo salty- meat was nasty

Only received half of the order. Driver was new. Had to call meet driver at garage door. He couldn't find the main door. Also stated ordered was delivered and the order cam 10 minutes later. Caused many useless trips to the front door.

As per usual with ordering at Buffalo Wild Wings. I order and get charged for an extra side of ranch and it never shows up in the bag...

Order missing items.

It took the driver 30+ minutes to go from the restaurant to my house which is only 5 miles away. When food arrived it was cold and the tops on the dipping sauces had come off and spilled all over the food boxes.

The Cobb salad had included nothing but wilted brown lettuce, 1 egg and tomatoes. The chicken, bacon etc was missing.

Food was lukewarm, and they didn?t include the ranch and carrots.

They food we had left was cold and wasn?t cooked all the way

Only part of my order was delivered. My drink was left off, no fork, napkin, etc.

My orders was Canceled

Once again I was missing things in my order. Missing half of my wings.

This place is so bad

They forgot the ranch on my buffalo ranch chicken wrap and the lettuce was disgustingly wilted.

As ususl our order was all messed up

Sometimes when I order from BW3, it's great. This was not one of those times; my wings tasted like they had been made an hour before I ordered, and there was minimal sauce on them, definitely a 1 start experience.
