Benvenuto's Italian Grill - Middleton

We have ordered twice from Benvenuto's Middleton location. The food we received was good, but both orders were incomplete and/or inaccurate. We have had much better experiences with Benvenuto's Fitchburg restaurant,

The food was good but the delivery lacked service. He left the food in the entrance of the hotel and did not even bring it to the front desk. Anyone could have taken it.

Food was great even though they forgot something.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the extensive Gluten Free menu! Both pizzas (gluten free and regular) were amazing. The meatball sub was huge. Delivery time was good, arrived hot and fresh. I will definitely order from here again when I'm in town!

All food was not in the bag. After we drove back to the restaurant one item we paid for had been missed and we had to wait. And they still missed a side salad.

The restaurant waited over 30 minutes and then canceled my order

Food was good, but expensive when delivered. The delivery driver did not knock on the door, so I was not aware the foot had been delivered.

We usually love the food here but unfortunately this time I found plastic from some kind of wrapper baked into my dish. It really put a bad taste in my mouth and I couldn?t finish because I was worried there would be more plastic.

Topping were tasty but the flat crust pizza was disappointingly bland and cardboardy.

My order was missing 3 items I lost $35 dollars worth of food.

Missing items, two entire meals missing. $25 for six cheese raviolis that look like they were cooked by chef boyardee, $6 drinks delivered in small plastic cups with no lids. The prices are outrageous for the quality.

It took two hours to get my order. Pretty much every ES order is messed up with missing or wrong items. This time two hours for delivery.

I placed the order and it said it would be ready between 6:35-6:40pm. My husband got there and they said that they just got the order when he walked in so they needed to cook it yet. He orderedd a drink and sat and waited for it. I emailed EatStreet and they said they had no idea how that happened, but would a $3 credit on my EatStreet account. When we got the food, by spaghetti had no meatballs on it.

The order had not even been started when we went to pick it up. We had ordered two salads and waited over 45 minutes to receive them. This is not the first time this has happened at this location.

The wrong pizza was delivered and I?m yet to get any feedback or refund.

Pizza was cold and undercooked. Would not order from them again

We received the wrong meal. We live 30 min away so did not return.

There was very little sauce on the spaghetti, a bread stick would have been nice and some parmesan cheese packets.

Food was great

Ordered a salad off of the gluten free menu yesterday, I got the version off of the regular menu. When I called the restaurant they assured me it was safe to eat. I?ve been sick all day today? and they forgot the dressing. I wouldn?t have eaten it if they hadn?t been so adamant that the salad was safe, they also sounded annoyed when I called. Very unfortunate. The EatStreet driver was very nice however. I would use their services again.

Delivery was good. The calzone was just a big sloppy mess.

Ordered spaghetti with marinara and cheese. Paid $4.50 to get 1 meatball. Got no cheese and my side salad was wilted. For the price the food was extremely disappointing! I will never order from there again because it wasn't even the cooks fault. The ticket the cook got was on the bag and there wasn't anything about cheese. This is a mistake because their system is messed up. I would've been able to overlook it if the sauce didn't taste like canned spaghetti sauce!

Everything was perfect.

Not only is their food tasty but they've mastered their to-go process. My foods were separated; cold in one bag and hot in the other and the hot food was HOT when it arrived not just warm. 10/10 would recommend!

The food was delicious, but the order was not correct, which was disappointing.

We ordered three entrees for my mother?s birthday, and of course, my mother?s entree was completely wrong. I called to say we didn?t get the right entree, and was told they didn?t have the entree my mom ordered (which was the only reason we choose to order Benvenuto?s to begin with). She picked something else, and I decided to just go get it, so we didn?t have to wait another hour for the food. I picked it up, and as I was driving home, the restaurant called me, indicating they got the order wrong again. This time, however, they volunteered to deliver it themselves. Everyone was very nice and apologetic but there were hardly any customers at the restaurant so I?m not sure how our order was so confusing. Nor am I sure why, if they didn?t have my mom?s chosen entree, they didn?t call us to tell us, and give us the option to cancel the order. The missing entree was the only reason we even ordered from here in the first place.

Meat tasted old too much cheese and pasta tasted old. Both my husband and I ended up sick.

The food was excellent. It was delivered hot which made it a restaurant quality experience.

I was going to call and demand a refund but with everything going on right against it. I was excited to see so much chicken in my dish, but the chicken was so dry and rubbery it was inedible. The sauce was not cajun and was barely there. Very disappointing and in no way worth 20 dollars!

My order and food from Benvenutos was excellent. I can?t wait to come back. There was an issue with Eat Street which meant my order took 20 minutes longer than expected. That was only an issue because I had a tired and hungry little one. The employees at Benvenutos were wonderful though.

The seafood cappelini was excellent! Two of us shared it and we still have some leftovers. It was full of seafood. So many mussels it was almost excessive. So delicious!

Ordered two chicken pizzas and the chicken on both of them where super tough and chewy.

I've eaten in the restaurant numerous times and it's always been good. This was the first time I ordered for take out. It took over an hour and half for the food to be delivered, the time for delivery was changed multiple times. I ordered the meatball appetizer, I've had their meatballs everytime I've eaten there and they are usually large, these were small, they did give me more to make up for the size and they tasted just as good, but that was odd. I also ordered the Ceasar salad and soup, the salad was lacking in croutons and cheese. The Minestone soup was good, but it was supposed to come with bread and there was no bread in the bag, just crackers.

Very good spaghettis bolognese! I was pleasantly surprised and the great quality and home cooking taste!

Great dinner! I had the chicken tetrazzini and my husband enjoyed his hot sandwich.

Food arrived late. Food was on the colder side. Steak wasnt good cold :( Wont be ordering again takeout.

My pizza was undercooked

The food tasted good but the chicken and sausage quality was wanting. The chicken was a little rubbery.
