Unfortunately, this was the 3rd strike. I won't be ordering from Family again. The romaine lettuce in my chicken caesar salad was full of dirt. The salad was gritty and disgusting. Clearly, nobody washed the lettuce before they made the salad.

The food is very good, but I've been disappointed with my last couple orders. For one previous order, I had ordered a grilled chicken caesar salad, and I got a tossed salad with chicken and caesar dressing. My latest order was delivered, and the cup of caesar dressing had exploded all over the bag. Everything was covered in dressing and there was none left to put on the salad. I had to wash the dressing off the containers and borrow some salad dressing from a co-worker. Maybe put some tape around the dressing container?
