Los Gemelos Mexican Restaurant

Very good!!!! Only complaint is forgot my sour cream.

I wish I had better things to say, but the food was bad. It arrived in less than 30 mins from when I ordered it - super fast, and we live 3 miles away. We were missing part of our order, my pambazo sandwich was burned to the point that I couldn?t eat it, and it was missing potatoes (it has potato & chorizo). I tried calling in hopes that we could at least get the order we were missing. But it kept going to voicemail. Glad I ordered a side of rice so I had something to eat. Overall, very disappointing and I won?t be ordering from them again.

Delicious food + great flavor. However the birria taco got pretty soggy so I might recommend something else.

Location was wrong and half the order was incorrect. Then they cod even find my order to do anything to make it right.

Far and a away the best Mexican food in Madison. The Birria is the best I?ve had north of the Mason Dixon line.

Tacos were good. But, the guacamole and cheese sauce were watery. I ordered and paid for chips and they sent a note that they were out. The restaurant was good when we ate in

Nachos were soggy, not snap to them. Ordered late night and it looked like it was a bunch of leftbover stuff that's been sitting out all day, even tried dumbing the filling from the taco on it and was still bad. Couldn't finish it, Ended up eating Gas Station food instead . The drivers are great though, still tipped.

Los gemelos is bomb per usual. However I was a bit disappointed in the consum?. I know they don't want it to be messy while being delivered but the tacos weren't crispy enough to dip&the consume came in tiny cups. Most people like more than a couple drops...we wanna dip it. But again, still very good. Just a tip for next time :)

My order was wrong. I paid for guacamole but received some kind of runny, queso dip instead.

Meat undercooked. Quesadilla made with cornmeal and not a tortilla, queso was watery. Flavorless.

Life has changed now that I can get flautas delivered.....

My order arrived almost 40 minutes after the driver picked it up. By the time I received my order it was cold and soggy. This was a disappointment entirely on the delivery end of things. When it arrives on time I've always been happy with the quality of food from Los Gemelos

Got order wrong. Worst made food I?ve ever had from the restaurant. What happened?

Paid for Chips and guac and didn?t get it with the delivery. A little salty :(

The guacamole was actually the worst I have ever had in my life, and I?ve had a lot. It was soooooo salty that adding a chip made it inedible. Couldn?t eat any of it.

Love you guys but you've become stingy with the consomme and onion/cilantro toppings :(

Food is great, but the menu says ?birria tacos? implying that your order includes more than one, but that is not the case and you will only get one taco. Definitely keep that in mind when ordering. I did call the restaurant to suggest they remove the ?s? in tacos to prevent further misunderstandings and the person who answered told me ?most people understand it?s just one taco? despite the menu not stating it?s one taco anywhere.

Los Gemelos is always excellent. They do their simple dishes well, and their horchata is some of the best to be had in Madison.

The portion was massive so I definitely appreciate having two meals out of it! The ingredients tasted fresh. I ordered al pastor but I received a ground meat of some kind (could have been pork but the meat prep was not as expected). The meat was incredibly salty, but all together the flavors were pretty balanced and offset by the creamy sour cream and cheese, acidic pickled jalapenos, and the delicious bolillo. Arrived much later than advertised, it seemed to get held up at the restaurant. Not the most amazing torta I've ever had but definitely a good value for portion, I just might not get pastor next time.

Order was missing the entree and only had the appetizers. Literally did not have the main portion of the meal. Called the restaurant and they just flat out forgot to make the main portion of the order. For what we did get, it was flavorless besides the taste of oil-doused flour. No idea if they're associated with LG in Middleton, but go to that one instead. It's excellent - this one is terrible.

The food was great, as always. Unfortunately, we ordered two tostadas but received two tacos. Tacos were good, but not what we wanted.

Ordered at 6 delivered at 8:30pm. Food was cold and dry. Waste of time and money. Won't happen again

It took two hours to get to me and when it did - half of the order was wrong and the other half was cold.

Burritos from los Gemelos were tasty and generous portion. My frustration was with website . I had gift certificate for Odana Rd restaurant but no clue of which one I was using until order Pd for thru eat street. W. Gilman could not honor my gift certificate... learned when I picked up order. Also, no access to phone #?when I selected website for Odana Rd. Had trouble with initial menu selection not showing up on order. Process is confusing to me... don?t use it much. 4th time around got it right!

Terrible food, do not buy!

We didn't get the side of rice and beans that we ordered and paid for. Food is always tasty, but hate not getting what we order.

I?m sure it was good when it was made but was old and cold when it got here...was in the drivers car an hour.
