Sandwich was great. Potato salad was solid mustard and potatoes. No salt out of chips I ordered. Order took a long time to be ready. Still 4 stars because sandwich was good

Fresh - Fast - FANTASTIC!

The food was terrible. I eat here every now and again when I want a meatball sub and they usually rock! but this one was cold, loaded with sauce to a point I couldn't eat correctly was all mush with non melted cheese and pickles inside. All were stated not to do on the instructions. I ordered on Eat Street and drove over to wait and the guy must have felt rushed because a second later my sub was made and the cheese was not even melted, It was bad, I couldn't eat it and now I can not get them to contact me back and Eat Street wont do anything because I paid cash so yay for me.

The food and service at the store is great, and the people very nice. But the online ordering process is completely wrong and confusing. The problem is simple: The website offered a simple sandwich, in this case salami with no toppings mentioned, and says to choose your bread and then choose your toppings, with options for "extra" for things like cheese and dressing. But the folks at the store think that it means the sandwich automatically comes with everything and you then add more stuff as you like. Not what I wanted and I didn't find out until I got home. Doesn't make sense at all--especially when there are other sandwiches on the menu that spell out all the toppings. Fix this issue and it Hugo's will get five stars from me!
