I got combo fried rice. It was so bland I had to marinade it and wait a day. Lordy. Not even a little sesame oil? Nothing? American food sucks for this reason. sigh.

Worst order experience I?ve ever had from EatStreet. This does not reflect on Encore. My deliverer chose to ignore my delivery instructions, and even dared to text me to ask for the address (which proves he was not paying attention to his very order he was to deliver). He chose to leave my order outside of the building, where there are neighbors known for looting delivery orders. My order was stolen as a result. I tried to file a complaint, but EatStreet dismissed it because the deliverer took a picture of his delivery outside of the building, showing that he both 1) dropped my food outside, and 2) that EatStreet was only concerned if the delivery was ?delivered,? not caring if it was done at the wrong place. The chat helper hung up on me. I?m done with EatStreet.

Food was excellent! Unfortunately EatStreet was a disaster and apparently grabbed the wrong order. Told me ?hurray, your food has been delivered?, when in fact it was sitting at the restaurant. I had to go across town and get it myself and pay. Plus, EatStreet never got me the refund the agent promised. HORRIBLE service by EatStreet and I told everyone that I will never use them again. This is 3 times in a row they screwed up my delivery!

Very good. Mongolian beef was a bit dry and slightly overcooked. Everything else was very good.

I asked for no onions, got onions. Then asked for guoza and crab ragoon instead.

This is my favorite restaurant last 2 i purchased 2enrtries & both were so spicy I couldn?t eat more than a taste. Unfortunately both entries had to be tossed. I felt disappointed. 50$ for 2 disappointing dinners.!

The restaurant is great. Your app is terrible. The estimated delivery time was not correct. The app never showed that the food was picked up by the driver. Maybe that's the driver's fault but your drivers are part of your company. When the delivery was late I called the restaurant and told them they were great but the delivery service is terrible. Hopefully they will fire you and use another delivery service.

The food is always good but delivery time keeps going up and food is lukewarm. Not the fault of restaurant!

It was a very disappointing experience. I waited an hour from pick up at restaurant to delivery with no update and to receive cold food. Will think twice before I use again.

Delivery was fast but I wish they would have sat the food on the snow free bench by my front door instead of right in front of my door on fresh snow

Food took twice as long to be delivered than what I was told. When the food finally showed up everything was cold.

It never arrived

Very disappointing. I had the Singapor Noodles which would have been good but there was no curry seasoning on the noodles which made it tasteless. Also the noodles were luke warm . I don't why this can't be done right especially since the charges for the tax and fees are so high. I really don't know why I bother....

Food took almost 2 hours to be delivered. Our fried rice with the combo meat had no shrimp in it. Mongolian beef tasted under flavored

It didn't have enough flavor...needed more garlic or something.
