Very good mushroom and Swiss burger

Sweet potato fries were soggy and not that many fries.

This was by far the widest experience I have ever had. I did not get to eat my burger since some took a bite out of my burger before I got it. I am not putting blame on the restaurant or the driver but since I can?t prove who did it. It just came to me on the condition there was also part of the order missing.

Burger and Chicken Sandwich with Fries were delicious, served up quick and Hot! It?s evident the food was cooked in a real kitchen! No microwave food and didn?t take long for my food to be ready!! I love it here!

Terrible communication from both driver and guest service team. It shouldn?t have been that difficult to inform the customer of what was happening and handle the solution to the complaint quickly and appropriately.

Burger was great but the side of onion rings were basically just onions? all the breading was falling off and they were somewhat chewy like they weren?t fully cooked.

The food was solidified and cold and gross.

Great chili, lots of meat, chili dog was great. Hot dog was better quality than most.

The burger was good -- I would order it again. But, the fries didn't travel well -- soggy in the middle and dried out on the ends. The seasoning in the chili was way too dense; I felt like I needed to add water or tomatoes to it to get the right flavor. Order was on time.

The food is always great from Burgers by Biggs, so it definitely wasn't their fault! The wrong order was delivered to me.

I ordered chicken strips and got chicken patties and they forgot the sauce. I was not happy. I am moving and have no sauce of any kind. I wanted a plain hotdog and it came with slaw with onions on top. That was a treat for my dog.

I had read these reviews and thought- I?m going to try it anyway. The fries and burger were soggy. I think it must be the way they package it or something. They would?ve been good if I ordered at the store, but it was all very greasy and mushy once it got to me.

My burger was burnt, dry, and extremely greasy. I?m afraid that I ordered so early that they didn?t have time to clean the grill. And the fries were soggy. I had to be one of the earliest orders. Those fries already looked like they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Just gross. The chicken was awesome, but that usually is. Everything else just wasn?t.

Kind of expensive for a burger. I thought the burger came with fries but it 7.25 just for a burger that wasn't very big. The stuff was cold I had to warm it up.

The chili cheese fries were just okay. However, the burger I ordered was EXCELLENT! Will be getting again for sure!

When you order chili cheese tots, it's generally expected that there is more than a tablespoon of chili on them and oh I don't know cheese? It is in the description? Worst experience with Biggs by far.

Food wasn?t all there and was mostly inedible. Still haven?t been contacted or refunded by EatStreet either.

We have never been disappointed by Burgers by Biggs, they have a nice menu assortment and have orders ready in a timely manner. Their salads are especially good.

The food arrived pretty quickly and was even decently warm. But both the burgers and fries were terribly under-seasoned and had very bland flavor. Was pretty disappointed in the lack of flavor for the burgers that are usually pretty good.

Delicious food. Large portions. Husband very impressed. Onion rings were spectacular!

Food was not ready after estimated time. In fact, they stated they never got the order until we came into the store. This has happened multiple times, it is a huge shame since their food is delicious, but ever since they switched locations their service and promptness is horrible. It has lead us to no longer want to go to Biggs since they are so undependable when it comes to finished food.
