Toppers Pizza - Onalaska

Both thin crust pizzas we ordered were burnt.

We got cheese pizzas rather than our customized order.

Food took 90 minutes to arrive. Not very good quality ejther

not right, wrong ingredients.

Incomplete order, not the first time.

Ordering process was easy. Delivery was a little AHEAD of schedule. Pizza very good and was hot. Will order again.

I asked for no ranch drizzle. You put ranch drizzle on it anyway.

when I came to pick up my order, staff at Toppers couldn't find an order from me. after showing them my e-mail confirmation that my order was indeed ready for pick up, after a considerable amount of time, my order did appear. This was a large order, $100 worth, and the completed pizza order had an incorrect name on it (Betty Crocker instead of Betty Thiele) Pizza was no longer warm by the time they found it and we got it home. Now, the question is, "Where did the name Betty Crocker come from"

Ordered for delivery and order got canceled. Then reorder for pick up and when I got there at the Time I was told, it still was not done. Waiting a few minutes which was fine but then my order was mixed up and I ended up getting the wrong pizza.

Got the wrong order. Ordered a nacho pizza and received a triple order of topperstix instead. Even the box said topperstix but my order said pizza. Got everything else right though. Kind of confused how that mixup happened.

The pizza was good but ice cold when we received it.

I wouldn?t have purchased the pizza had I had known it was made with spicy artificial nacho cheese. It was not good.

Food was 2 hours late

I had to cancel my order due to An emergency. I could not find a number to call to notify eatstreet or the driver. I managed to call Toppers and get them not to cook the food I ordered. A number should be made easier to find to cancel an order.
