Tasty Thai - Sand Lake Road

Ended up canceling my order as it was missed twice. Still waiting on my refund to go through.

The food is always amazing! But the time never lines up with what the EatStreet App says. For example on this particular order it said the order was ready at 6pm. We know better... so we went over to pick it up at 6:30 (nearly 1 hour after ordering) and it still was another 10-15 wait on top of that. So we know now to wait a good hour before going over. This is the only "issue", as the food is always amazing.

Ordered (1) dozen egg rolls. Got (1) egg roll. Talked to eat street chat. No help. Had to call restaurant 3 times before an answer and they then made correct order. Went to pick up and got (11) egg roles. Glad they made order right but a bit annoyed at having to go back and no extra egg role or anything for the trouble from the chat or the place. Great food though when correct!

Poor Service, food was late by 30 minutes, Food was inaccurate. When I asked for a refund, they wanted me to come back after the store was closed even though I had a six-year-old child. When I came back for a refund the next day they gave me the cost of the food minus tax or whatever fees came with the food. Never going back there.
