Never received order and gave me a 3 dollar coupon lol

Ordered patty melt - it was raw!! Still waiting for a refund! Very disappointed.

The soup was missing, and it took almost an hour and a half to be delivered.

My burger was undercooked so I could not eat it all. With all the grease that destroyed the bun, not sure how it could be undercooked. They've done better.

the food was excellent and was still hot upon delivery.

Everything was good. I don't think the driver had anything to keep my meal warm as it showed up a little soggy and getting cold.

My order arrived with missing flash burger. Hungry Sad.

Took over an hour to get my food, even received a phone call from the restaurant saying food was ready, just waiting for a driver. By the time the food finally arrived it was ice cold.

Their Neuie's Burger is always good! I wanted ranch dressing for dipping my fries but they didn't have an area on their menu for me to order it. I made a note on my order and they actually READ it and sent some for me!! I wasn't expecting it as there wasn't a way for me to pay for it but they sent some anyway!! So very impressed! Food arrived hot and on time.

Ordered the pizza tots. Not as menu described. Had other toppings. If we would have known green pepper and onion would be on them, we would have chosen differently. Generous portion though!!

I had NO problem with Neuie's Vogue. Food is very good as usual. I had a problem with the delivery driver. I specified on the app to NOT leave it on the doorstep. I like them too ring bell or knock so we know food has arrived. We'll, I happened to open my front door just to check and see if delivery driver was pulling up or nearby. He was walking away from my house down the sidewalk. Food was sitting on my porch. No knock or doorbell. It was pretty chilly out. It wouldn't have taken but only 2 or 3 minutes for food to start getting cold. Good thing I happened to look outside at that time. This delivery guy was damn thoughtless. I tipped him $6 on the app before delivery. He didn't deserve it.

Colossal wings are awesome.

Crust was very stale. Lettuce was large chunks and not shredded making the pizza very hard to bite into without all of the cheese and toppings coming off in one bite. I didn?t taste taco flavoring really, at all. And the nacho chips were also stale. I?m so disappointed. At $37 total I?m not willing to risk another order. :( It?s still sitting in my kitchen.

Had a taste for classic bar food, and got exactly what I was hoping for.

Food order was incorrect and cold when it arrived, 30 minutes later than quoted. Bummer because In person food is great!

Usually love Neuie's bit I ordered a couple of burgers last night and they were dry and not cooked all the way through. Not saying I wouldn't give them another chance because their wings are fire but wouldn't order the burger again.

Neuie?s Vogue is 6 blocks from our home. It wasn?t possible for us to pick up our burgers ourselves so we ordered through EatStreet. We did receive a message that it was taking longer than necessary so we knew we had to wait. It was raining outside. The length of time that it took wasn?t the issue. We were disappointed that our hamburgers were only lukewarm. Otherwise they were good. The driver was pleasant. The only issue was that the burgers were not hot. We heated them up in the microwave.

Wonderful, like always! They make a great pizza! Green beans were great as well.
