The delivery driver was terrible forgot half our order.

It took an hour and a half to get my food.

I cannot say enough about how delicious the California Club sandwich is. I ate half right away, and half a few hours later. It was scrumptious both times! Love love love this sandwich!

They completely forgot the extra ingredients I had asked them to put on my sandwich that I paid extra for. That was disappointing

Food was very good. One of my sandwiches was missing so I called Grounded. They contacted Eatstreet, placed a new order for my sandwich, and had it delivered along with a free cookie.

The latte was delicious, the food wasn't that good. We were only able to eat half the burrito, it was not something I would ever get again. The banana muffin was dry and not very flavorful.

The driver picked up my food at 8:23 and it was not delivered until 9:04. My hot sandwich was cold and parts of it hard due to it having sat. My frozen drink was more liquid than frozen.

Sub par. The oatmeal didnt arrive as described, and the breakfast bagel only came with bacon on half the bacon on it. Could have been way better.

their wraps and service are amazing! definitely orde regularly, and the quality is always good. try out their coffees and teas too - so far, I haven?t found anything I didn?t like!

The egg sandwich with the everything bagel was amazing! The only thing that needed improvement was the salad. The tomatoes in the salad were VERY expired and tainted the whole flavor of the salad so that I could only eat a very small amount of it and ended up throwing the rest away.

The panini and salad (A little small but it was a house salad) were excellent.

It was excellent I ordered a couple of difficult special instructions and they were carried out flawlessly! Thank you!

Your California Club sandwich is the best sandwich in town! The ingredients flow together, the chipotle mayo is just the right amount of kick, the bread is soft AND chewy. Delicious. Added Alfalfa sprouts might make it just a lil bit better. Thank you for wrapping each 1/2 separately too!

Thanks to the quarentine. I try to eat there once a day if money can permit it! To anyone new to trying the restaurant. Try the chicken bacon ranch panini, and a iced white chocolate mocha. Healthier than the average fast food and way more delicious. High quality panini press sandwiches too.

Coffee and food is amazing!!

A fair amount of food at a fair price. Made correctly to order and with an amazing iced moca coffee. They will probably have my business every morning for a long time.

GREAT DRINKS FROM COFFEE, TEA, BEER AND WINE. AWESOME SANDWICHES: BREAKFAST, BAGELS, ENGLISH MUFFIN, BREAD AND WRAPS, INCLUDING GLUTTON-FREE OPTIONS. I ENJOYED AN EVERYTHING BAGEL, EGG, CHEDDAR CHEESE AND DOUBLE BACON WITH A 20 OZ COLD LATTE WITH ALMOND MILK. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS. AND THE DELIVERY SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND ON TIME. THE WONDERFUL OWNER ALSO HAS THE ?APOTHIK? FOOD TRUCK. WHICH IS ALSO 5 STARS OF EXCELLENT!

They continuously get drinks wrong. When they are correct, they taste wonderful, but they mess up too much.

Sandwich was great (like always), but my drink never arrived. I was then emailed a refund amount of $4.81, however, the next day my bank showed I was only credited $2.93. I had to email yet again, and issued a refund of $1.88, so we?ll see if I actually receive my full amount tomorrow when I check my bank. Grounded was awesome though and offered to make my drink, but I didn?t have time to stop and get it due to an appointment I had to get to after work.
