Fiesta Mexicana

Delivery was delayed and food was basically cold.

The delivery was good, but when the driver texted me that they had arrived the text message was in Chinese or Japanese

Food was cold.

Food was great however what we ordered online was not the food that was delivered. When we called the restaurant they said what they see on the ticket on their end is different than what we see on the online menu. I wish there was a way that the menu would match up with what the restaurant sees in the ticket to prepare.

The food arrived hot

Ordered fajitas with extra tortillas..received no tortillas. The lettuce was all brown. Had to drive to the restaurant and get that replaced and get tortillas. Not great.

Food arrived on time and was delicious.

The taco salad I ordered was horrible; greasy barely seasoned beef, the shell was soaked with grease. I ate very little and threw the rest. My friends chicken salad lacked a lot to be desired. She didn't eat the chicken as she said it had a weird texture and bad taste to it. From our $25 order we ate a bit of lettuce each. Never have I had such a poor experience at Fiesta Mexicana. Major disappointment!

Good food and on time

It was honestly disgusting. Me and my kids couldn?t eat it.

My food was ready when I arrived to pick it up. I called the restaurant mama and they were happy to bring it out to my curbside location. And the meal itself was excellent!

My meal was delivered about 40 minutes after it was made. The food was completely cold.

Because the driver was delayed the food quality suffered.

The problem wasn't with Fiesta Mexicana. It was the delivery. The driver took a route from the restaurant that took him distantly away from the delivery address, adding much additional time for delivery. It appeared, via tracking that he made an additional stop, and/or got lost. Due to this, our delivery was substantially delayed. By the time we finally received our order, the food was cold and soggy, not a commonality with the restaurant.

Was not what I ordered.

Loved going there pre-COVID and hadn?t tried take out. Finally did and wish I hadn?t. Everything that was ?made fresh? tasted like it was reheated leftovers. Worse even. I was very disappointed.

Food was amazing, as always. EatStreet forgot to pick up 2 items for my order then refunded the wrong amount and disconnected the communication when I pointed it out.

The entrees were good but the churros were not. They were only slightly warm on arrival. They were listed as apple churros, but the apple filling tasted very odd. It tasted very artificial.

We have never had a bad experience here! We always love our food from our favorite Mexican restaurant!

The food was great. But the workers were both extremely rude to me. I called and asked if someone would be able to bring my food out to me, since it?s a global pandemic and she asked me if I had children in the car. I said no and then she hung up. Then a teenage girl came out and threw the bag in my window. It was overall just rude.

The food was so bad. My husband and I ended up throwing all of it out. They also sent it on paper plates lined with tin foil so every bite tasted like the tin foil. Never ordering from them again!

Only one if two meals I ordered was delivered. The second one was delivered later but too late.

Enchiladas were super soggy rubbery tortilla. The tacos were the same. Rice and beans were good

Great food. Their refried beans are the best I have ever had.

Forgot food in order for second time.

Got the order completely wrong! I know I specified certain items a certain way, that?s not what the receipt said. Not sure whose end it was on.

The food was great but eat street messed up my order and took a tip without doing anything. I will be calling the resturant directly from now on.

Eat Street's estimate for pick up time was way off, which accounted for the lesser quality of our carryout meals in the past. We arrived 10 minutes early and our meal was already sitting on a table for pickup. It was hot and very fresh, and we will know to arrive early next time for the best dinner in town!

I didn't get the Chile rejano I ordered and payed for

Best mexican food in town and fast

Fiesta Mexicana's food is always great and the service is fast and friendly. We didn't want to go out on Saturday night, so we tried a meal delivery service (EatStreet) for the first time. It worked out very well. We will definitely do it again!

Never got my order

Tried to give me wrong order then told me i would have to reorder/repay to get my correct order. I refused to reorder and live chatted with Allison who had told me they had called in my order so was confused with situation. Ended up canceling my order and refunding. Fiesta was not cooperative and glad i was smart to get refunded rather than having to dispute after repaying. Allison with eat street made it right and was bery nice!

Food was cold

Food quality was horrible and when I called to speak with the manager he was very rude

Fiesta Mexicana's food is always great however, this time we didn't get what we ordered. In fact, we got 6 MEALS of what we didn't order. When I called FM they said they sent what I ordered and told me to call Eat Street. Eat Street read me the correct order that was sent to FM so not sure where the disconnect came in. Eat Street credited me back my order and gave me a $10 coupon. Hope they both can get the kinks worked out.

Order was incorrect but food was still good. Fast delivery.
