Hacienda Real Mexican Restaurant

It was cold and soggy. I've ordered this same lunch several times, this not it was not good.

Hacienda was great, but while my payment was taken, the order was not transmitted to Hacienda. I had to start over when we got there for pick up. Hacienda handled it well, but I was disappointed with Eatstreet. Not sure I will trust it again.

We love Hacienda and eat there often. However, this is the 3rd time that the wrong enchiladas were sent in our order. We likely will not order Hacienda again through EatStreet because of the frustration.

I have been a customer of theirs for years the meat for my fietas was terrible. It was tasteless and tough. My husband said the same about the meat in his tacos.

The chimichangas were very soggy and under cooked and the chips were very stale. This is usually my favorite restaurant so I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the food

The tacos were EXTREMELY greasy which is unlike them usually, the salsa tasted sweet which again is unlike them along with the chips tasting stale not sure what?s going on there

My good was cold when I got it. Maybe EatStreet could supply drivers with something to keep food warm enroute? Otherwise derbies was very good

Delicious as always! Hacienda is my favorite mexican restaurant mostly because of the atmosphere but taking it home was just as satisfying! They even give you a generous helping of chips and salsa :)

It took a very long time and there were still shells on the shrimp

I love this restaurant but my order was cancelled because they couldn't verify receiving my order.

Tasted great and arrived right on time. Only problem was a request for pick Dr Gallo instead of normal salsa was not fulfilled but I received an up-charge for the reguest.

The food was good but cold. The delivery driver was rude to front office staff. I will not be ordering for delivery again so as not to risk this happening again.

Food order was incorrect and very sloppily made. Also missing items and cold. Was late from being processed to long at the restaurant.

The pork was cold when it arrived making it pretty dry. It did have great flavor regardless.
