Citrus Cafe

I ordered a chicken strip sandwich with baked potato and got a chicken strip French fry basket instead. This is not the first time they messed up my order. Lots of grease. I probably won?t be ordering anymore. They serve good breakfast in person. Someone doesn?t care about the delivery orders.

Did not get what I ordered

Was not Citrus Cafes caught that the food sat there for 30 plus minutes to be picked up.

The 2 egg breakfast didn't include the bacon that was ordered with it or the wheat toast.

Excellent food!

Ordered French onion soup with cheese. There was no cheese and no croutons. Also no napkins or silverware

Citrus Cafe serves the best breakfasts, and the 2 we ordered were exactly as we ordered!

The food we got was good. Paid $45 for breakfast and never got our Bacon. Not happy!!

Ordered eggs with bacon. Eggs came scrambled as ordered. But no bacon was in ANY of the boxes.

Delivery was great! Food was ehhh compared to what I normally receive from Citrus Cafe. No silverware included or even any jelly for my toast :-(

The food was hot and delicious. Citrus Cafe gives big portions of food. The food is very filling and high quality. I will definitely order from them again.

I didn't didn't receive my fruit I ordered in place of the hash browns.

I paid an extra $3 for a fruit cup and most of it was moldy. Really disappointed.

My food was prepared wrong. Been buying food here for a while yet they called me last time stating that certain dressing wasn?t free. And that I needed to pay for it. This time I did and my order was all messed up!

FOOD itself was great. The EatStreet driver screwed this up.

usually the food is amazing but this time it was cold by the time I got it. The cheese in the omelette was cold and tough to cut through. Just overall not good food this time.

The food tasted like dish soap. I don?t know what they did when making this but every single thing we received was awful and it all went into the trash. I regularly eat here but after this time, never again.

I've already been queried on this twice, but I'll do it again. This order was called in from a large retirement facility named Cedar Crest. I am the weekend receptionist at the MAIN entrance. A few weeks ago a second entrance was opened. It is unmanned over the weekend. I was the only reception person on duty on Monday. The order was delivered, but not to a person. It was left sitting on the counter of the unmanned station. When it finally occurred to me that is what happened it took me about 10 minutes to go up there and find it. By the time I found it, it was nearly an hour after the delivery time shown on the order progress diagram. It was stone cold, but still delicious. Next time you deliver here make sure you deliver to a person. I love that you provide this service for Citrus, but this could have been far more negative had it been someone else giving this review.

The food was cold and the driver was not friendly what so ever. Very bad service.

Was expecting the jalape?o to be on the burger not a whole jalape?o on the side. The fries were kinda hard. The soup was good though.

Wrong/missing items from order

Gyros was very greasy....

Food is alway hot and ia delivered quickly.

A part of my order was not included. The tzatziki sauce that comes with the wrap.

Food was delivered hot and amazing! Recommend the farmer's skillet and the french toast.

The eggs were cooked over hard, not over as easy requested. All the hash browns were over cooked. Requested extra gravy, and there was not any. Typically we have a good experience. But not this time.

the omelete and croissant sandwich were very good-both came with hash browns that while crispy were inedible due to the amount of grease/oil used. no flavor other than oil couldn't taste the potatoes.

The salmon wasn?t seasoned

At the restaurant the food and service is amazing. Ordering delivery, the sandwich was slopped around the container and didn?t seem very fresh.

Great food every time!

My order what delivered a little late and to the wrong address. The customer service person I talked with said that the computer had changed my address from 770 Suffolk dr as it said on my order to 770 Sussex dr which is about a block away. Luckily my neighbor who got my order brought it over to me.

Cold and dry
