Very fast delivery, food was as ordered

I ordered online through EatStreet. Received confirmation order was received by EatStreet. Tried calling Sicily Pizza to confirm my order, could not get through. It was New Years eve, but was put on hold each time. Went to Sicily Pizza to pick up order, my order was never received by the restaurant. The lady behind the counter said, they were busy and didn't get the call. The restaurant only had 2 people in it and I think they worked there. Also, the phone never rang while I was in the restaurant. They need a better way of receiving orders online, if EatStreet has to call the restaurant to place all online orders. Seems backwards.

Italian cream cake was ,Frozen , and pizza roll was a little burned
