Was ok, just that my onion rings were cold and burnt but it is not your fault but the restaurant

First time we've ever been so dissatified. Ordered 2 grilled chicken salads. The lettuce was still in almost full leaf size. Tiny amount of tomatoes. The chicken was okay, but was layed on top of the cheese which melted the cheese into one big blob. Did remember my dressing this time. Also ordered a half and half order of hot wings and honey bbq wings. The hot wings were okay, but barely had any sauce on them . A couple had no sauce, just fried wings. The honey bbq tasted like the honey bbq sauce was burned. Those were thrown away.

delivery was timely, food was delicious. I've had a few orders from this restaurant and have never been disappointed.

Always pleased with the food, however EatStreet delivery has really been slow recently. Also the two deliveries prior I paid for 2 extra ranch dressings and they were left out of my order.

Food was good, but I ordered 3 extra ranch dressings, paying 50 cents extra for each and they weren't included. This is the second time in a row my extra dressings were left off, even though I paid extra.

Lasagna was good and very fresh. Unfortunately, we didn't get the dressing for our salads.

overall it was great till the hot wings i ordered were very dry could not even eat them waste of $10.99:(:(

I have been a customer of this restaurant for over 10 years. The flavor of the food was good, as always; however, the delivery did not arrive until 8:40 PM. This was an hour and 13 minutes after the order was placed. By the time the food arrived, it was cold and the bread for the sandwiches was soggy. In addition, the additions requested for one of the sandwiches was not included and the cheese sticks that were ordered were over cooked.

They are on time. Best restaurant ever.
