Buffalo Wild Wings - Ashwaubenon

I did not get my carrots, celery, and bleu cheese. My food was not hot or warm.

The food was good but due to issues with eatstreet parts of the order weren't made correctly. But Buffalo Wild Wings and the manager were wonderful in getting me my missing food in a timely manner.

Bdubs was good, driver just decided to take 35 min to drive to my house and I had to reheat it.

Food was never done and sold out. Manager said they would refund

The food was cold and needed to be reheated in the microwave before we could eat. The delivery was very delayed without any updates.

The wings were tiny and dried out and full of blood. The pickle chops were pale and undercooked, had to put them in the air fryer at home to finish cooking. BWW?s quality has gone downhill lately, really disappointing

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I will never order through Eat Street again. Ordered dinner...about 45 minutes in the wait, was texted by driver saying "the didn't have your order, they are preparing it now" (this was good). Then 45 minutes later I contacted support...they said to be patient, the drive is on their way. 30 minutes after that I contact support again...they said it would be another 20 minutes. 20 minutes later I contacted support once again, who said that the order was cancelled because the restaurant gave to the wrong driver. It was a sandwich night for me. I do not believe EatStreet has the processes in place to ensure that this would not happen again. Certainly the middle contact with support was not transparent.

French fries tasted like they were days old

I normally love this place but the wings were extremely slimy and there was literally a sprinkle of cheese on my nachos. Not worth the $40 I paid.

Wings were overcooked and dry. They did not look like the typical wings from B-dubs. So disappointed. Step it up B-dubs.

fries hurt my sons teeth, wings were luke warm due to flimsy take out cardboard box. my sons kids box had a use first sticker. come on I know you guys are better then that

I want a refund. I waited 2 hours for my meal when it stated 55 minutes. I chatted with a rep and they just told me to give them a moment just to repeat themselves. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with eat street and im about to delete the app.

Once again they got it wrong. This is a BWW issue not EatStreet.

Food was cold. They forgot 2 extra sides of ranch that we paid for. Ultimate Nachos only had cheese and sour cream and again that was cold too. Never ordering delivery from them again.

They had the wrong food in the bag but the receipt was somewhat right.

No salad and wrap was not put together very well and not very many fries.

128.48 was my bill for slimy wings nasty Mac and cheese Avocado burger had no avocado and burnt bacon ,soggy bun, salty dried up French fries ?? greasy onion rings, All American burger had bacon added that was burnt ?? Only thing edible were pretzel knots NEVER EVER WILL I RECOMMEND OR WASTE MY MONEY AGAIN!! And it?s not EatStreet fault for the nasty nasty food!! I live exactly 2 blocks from BWW

I ordered wings and a salad. Wings were good not much sauce on them. Salad was horrible it was just brown lettuce in a box it was supposed to have red peppers, cucumbers, red onion and cheese and none of that was on it

Food was 45 minutes late, cold, sauce all over the packages, missing half the order, lettuce in the wrap was visibly several days old. For my first time eating at BWW this was a terrible experience. I will never eat here again. If I could give them less than one star I would.

Soggy boxes bybth time we received our order. Did not receive the soda that was ordered.

The reason I gave mediocre rating was not because of the service EatStreet gave me, but the food was really cold, wings had barely any sauce on them & the celery I ordered was in shreds. Very disappointed in that! Other than that, the delivery itself was fine.

Missing the toast that was supposed to come with my meal.

Delivery was terrible. Ranch containers opened up everywhere.
